    I don't believe in DEI 😀 but it's a nice movement. People don't always practise what they preach or sign up for. It's fine, no one is perfect.

    The fact that someone has to make a video like to explain the role means that the role and its responsiblity is not well defined. I watched quite a lot of videos like this and you can take it with a grain of salt.
