Yes Queen! I had to break the same bad habits and I feel so much better. I'm loving me, healing me, and getting to know me on a deeper level everyday. You have actually helped me so much, I feel like you're a friend giving me a pep talk, because I am actually going through this super low point right now. It's that feeling of not being sure if I matter, if I'm important, if I'm worthy of following my wildest dreams, if it's all to unrealistic. It's hard being told things about yourself that are unkind, for me, I start to believe them, and then tell them to myself, and meditate on that, I've recently been told by God that I am supposed to do something important in this world, but I actually feel fear because of what I think I'm being told to do lol. I wish you and I could have a conversation, I have so many questions, because I'm also on this crazy journey, and no one tells you how many times you are going to feel discouraged or feel like giving up while on this journey am i right? I'm sorry about everything you have been through, but am glad you were able to come back from it and heal. It shows true strength when you have been knocked down but still get up.
