However, when reports of a thunderstorm rouse up, will Tails trust Sonic enough to confront upon him one of his deepest fears, or will he burden himself with the fear, and try to face it alone, afraid of how Sonic will think of the fox?

This episode made my heart heavy after watching Tails' backstory. If you calculate the day of Tails' parents' death to the day Sonic founded him, it would be 266 days. Almost 9 months. That's how long he has been alone and it is so heartbreaking. I'm really glad Sonic founded Tails and gave him the love and care he needs because I cannot imagine the level of pain and anguish he had to suffer.

When Sonic started crying, Tails knew Sonic felt guilty about what happened to his dad. Eggman is just so heartless and evil, separating families because of what he was doing. And I think Tails knows Sonic is only a kid himself since he's a 9 year old fighting an older man and was the only one that can stop him, which isn't fair on him either since he's only a child for crying out loud! They're both suffering and lost so much because of that monster! 😡😡😡😡

In fact if you’ve seen last year’s Twitter, or X, takeover, where fans get to ask questions to the characters, Tails was asked about his fear of thunderstorms, and there he mentions he’s had to sleep outside before meeting Sonic, and so the gang, Sonic, Amy, and Knuckles, yes even Eggman, all gave him a group hug. If you haven’t seen the takeover, I highly recommend it, it’s available on RUclips.

So basically, tails is very jumpy because of the T-storms coming, he lies to Sonic on why he is scared, then it is revealed that the father got turned onto a robot by egg man. The Mom gets mauled and then since the father was a robot he attracted lightning, BAM! Tails’ parents are dead. He was alone for such a long time… He was literally dying inside AND outside. He tried to make his life good, but they threw him out. Nobody expected tails… except Sonic. The sad truth is… If Tails didn’t get bullied and then ran into the forest that day, he would have probably died a few months later.
This is the most sad and emotional video I ever seen in my entire life😢 especially when little Tails talked about how his parents died and they both cried at the very end very end😢 let's wait for episode 5

I was not expecting this episode to get this emotional 😭I thought Tails was just scared because of how thunderstorms typically scare small children and even dogs, but then that reveal that his parents died in a thunderstorm was what really did it because that has to be any small child's worst nightmare 😭😭😭 I didn't know that Tails' parents were Rosemary and Amadeus Prower and that his birthday was on October 16th. This really has me wondering where Episode 5 is gonna go...

Yeah that was absolutely shocking where the mom Rosemary tries to plead with her roboticized husband to please remember but he had absolutely no control so he beats her,😞, til they both died from a severe thunderstorm, I think a tree hit them which could explain the fire around since they can strike trees and stuff. One can’t help but feel for Tails, and even worse, Sonic immediately knew Eggman was behind it as soon as Tails mentioned the date, so I can sympathize with Sonic there too. They definitely have an unbreakable bond.

I had the theory in my head that Tails' dad killed Rosemary like that, plus Eggman had caused this for some reason, I was definitely right and very upset.. It happened, I cried a lot. Especially when Sonic started to cry and hugged Tails there...
Great job, man.. I'll always appreciate and respect the amount of effort you put on these types of SFM videos/anomations about Tails and Sonic here.. Hope you'll continue on this series, because I absolutely love it.

Aww Sonic singing to Tails just made my heart burst it was so beautiful! I can’t imagine how traumatized Tails must’ve been when his parents died right in front of him and I feel like the storm was the voices of his mommy and daddy and all the rain was their tears calling to their little baby saying that they feel his fear and that they’re trying to tell him that they’re there with him and grateful for Sonic to take him in. Poor sweet little Tails I know things could be scary sometimes and you must miss your mommy and daddy so much but you know your new big brother will always be there for you and mommy and daddy are always watching you from above saying that they’re always with you and sometimes it could be hard to tell someone how you’re feeling whether it’s not too much of a big deal or it is a really big deal and you’re scared, sad or just upset about it because believe me baby I can relate I suffer a lot of problems but I’m not afraid of storms or monsters or even nightmares because I know most of those things are fake even though I was once a scared little girl of ghosts, monsters and nightmares although never of thunderstorms but when I am scared, sad or upset about something I know I can always talk to my mom or someone else about it. Can you do one where it’s Tails’ birthday I would love that! And this is just a suggestion but it would be so sweet to see him open gifts, blow out birthday candles and have little party! Why would Robotnik (Eggman) turn Tail's dad into a robot, that makes no sense, and I can't be the only one that sensed how mad and horrified Sonic was after hear that. We all need to team with Sonic to prevent this problem from ever happening. Who's with me?
Well if you’ve seen old classics like Sonic SatAM for example, Eggman was very well known for robotizing living creatures, and even putting small animals like flickies or rabbits, etc, inside machines. So Eggman has always been heartless, although over time he’s not really too frightening as he was, although yes he is still Sonic and his friends’ main antagonist.

Oh my gosh, this is one of the most emotional yet heartwarming episodes I’ve ever seen! Especially how they both cried in the very end.😢 Although I loved the scene with Sonic singing a lullaby to Tails so that he can calm down. And not to mention I did laugh how Tails was like “You scrambled Eggman?!”😅😂🤣 Was so funny! And the bath scene, and I also love how we hear the theme song of Green Hills. Really love this by far. But Tails’ backstory was so sad. 💔

I really love this series! I also like how you gave Tails more background, Not sure if the games or comics or even shows ever explained why tails was afraid of thunder and lightning and you just gave the best reason ever, cuz yes we see Tails's parents in the comics, but that's still doesn't explain the fear. And plus this version of Tails is not the Archie Tails. PS Sonic is an awesome brother, Please keep up the series

I like the MrGojira95 Tails biggest fear references here, they were rlly cool, on a side note, this episode was one of the best ones u made hands down, I rlly enjoyed this, such a treat to see Sonic and Tails Bond, I rlly love their dynamic here, u rlly feel for Tails he’s been through so much drama even most adults can’t handle, that just shows how strong he is. And seeing Sonic and Tails cry together is so heartbreaking, I think Eggman being the one responsible for this rlly gives Eggman a dark spotlight, yes he always was a villain but he caused so much trauma to an innocent child and u just have an unbelievable amount of heartbreak for this kid, this was rlly well written and I can’t wait to see more, Excellent job on making this TailsFan

This Episode was the most heartbreaking video ever that we actually got a backstory of tails of his parents dying in the thunder, I feel bad for tails, and sonic because he cried for tails, if I was sonic, I would beat egg man ass
My god the end was so emotional I am crying in tears after tails explaining what happened to his parents it was so sad ;-; but I love this episode though.
This was such an emotional, sweet and adorable episode! 🥰
I love Tails so much, he’s so precious and innocent in this world, however what he went through he did not need that😭
I am so happy he has Sonic now, what an amazing big brother he is. I am loving this series really shows Sonic and Tails Brotherly Bond so much☺️💙💛

*My Final Thoughts On This Episode:*
One, you made me cry again just like every other episode.
Two, Rosemary and Amadeus *NEED* to return! They *NEED* to be reunited or something! I don't know! But he still has to live with Sonic and be his brother or something. We can *NOT* lose that lol. Now, I know I think this of every episode, but this is probably, truly, the *BEST* episode.
So far, since I don't wanna correct myself for the next episode lol. Overall, this was *AMAZING!!!!!* As always lol. I love how you did the emotions! Especially Sonic saying "TAILS!" And Sonic crying lol. Keep up the amazing work, dude! ❤
