How long do the flaps last? We have 2 inch round (1/8 & 3/16") aluminum tubes and run about 500 a shift and duburr both ends.

Thank you for your request. How long a deburring tool lasts always depends on the burr, the material and above all the operator. It is very difficult to define a durability period.
