He's like a daddy-longlegs. Not a threat to humans, but people are weary of the fact that he's probably watching you without your knowledge. We see here that he invites himself into Iskal's home and sets up a bedroom, just like every spider.
At this point Grian is like an Urban Cryptid. Every now and then, the inhabitants of that server will see a little man zip through the treetops in the distants while hearing strange slime noises, return to their basea being obviously invaded and possibly raided after they barely missed the shadow of the assailent fleeing the scene with inhuman leaps...
I've said it before but Grian is, and I say this with love and adoration, the gremlin of Hermitcraft, he does goofy things purely for the sake of being goofy

Because of that, they have overlapping fandoms. So I’m not trying to mix it, it’s always been mixed. Grow up “buddy”

I have been asking for grian to play some form of modded minecraft for so long, this has satisfied me for a little while, but has also made me want to see it even more
Though I don't mind if he stays focused on vanilla, or semi-vanilla in the case of Hermitcraft and its various resource packs. Admittedly, some mod packs do complicate the game just for the sake of complicating it... and others entirely replace the vanilla progression.
Grian in chaotic enough in vanilla, the amount of chaos with mods is only limited by his imagination, and you know it will take him years to relax if he getting into it
