    I generally don’t watch the lengthy podcasts but I find each episode of your podcast relatable and hence I love to watch them. Looking forward to more such podcast.

    Loved your podcast. Just one question. Both Pankaj rai and Nitin Kamath said they have 1-2 boiled eggs daily for breakfast. But, isn't daily intake of boiled eggs results in increase in your body heat?
