    PLEASE NOTE: This video is simply to share my faith, not to lord over anyone or pretend I am holier than thou as I of course I have been falsely accused of by those who refuse to take time to try to understand my heart. It is also for building faith and encouragement of those who seek the LORD regardless of where they are at on the path. Anyone who refuses to respect what this is about and chooses to turn it into a debate or controversy from any side will have their comments removed and if they persist, they will be hidden for an extended period of time. Those with legitimate questions are free to ask, no judgement on my part as I am still just a humble student and once had all the very same questions. and still have many more as I work through His word. If you are genuinely concerned about me and where I am at in my faith, you can always continue to pray for me and even privately email me if done in love rather than just to prove yourself right. The latter of which will be ignored and deleted. Trust me, I know ALL the arguments and I had them too for 12 years.

    • @RainCountryHomestead
      @RainCountryHomestead  3 месяца назад +2

      Reading full verses or passages within context is important. Jesus' own words here:
      Matthew 5:17 ¶ Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
      Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
      Heaven and earth have not passed away yet so all has not yet been fulfilled. The feasts alone tell us this as the first four (Passover to Pentacost) HAVE been fulfilled but the last three have not

    • @kingg697
      @kingg697 3 месяца назад

      Also, the word to fulfill means to embody it, to be it, to do it... Study the original word in Greek in a concordance.
      Also, we employ the whole counsel of God, comparing all related scriptures in the right context. Love and Shalom 😊

I'm not saying someone is wrong for inconspicuously wearing them though. I wear both, but more of the second type (fringe) that Heidi displayed. It's also great to identify others that walk according to the Father's commands. We've met a lot of brothers and sisters that way. I pray my comment doesn't offend. It's truly not my intent. If God hates that people eat pork in the Old Testament why would he change how he feels about it in the N.Test?. Does it save us =NO. Does it mean we will be denied by Yah/ God for doing so= NO. But he does not want us to eat pork and for good reason! It is full f parasites that are not killed by cooking. He knows best and that is why all the unclean foods are labeled as such by God because they carry disease or eat feces and death or can cause us to be poisoned. If you look up why all the unclean foods are potentially dangerous for human consumption it is amazing.

      We started keeping the whole Bible in November 2015 and haven't stopped learning and growing in the truths of his word. The one scripture that has been my theme that I have been teaching since 2016 is this:
      2Ti 3:16-17 KJV 16 "All scripture" is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
      When he said "All Scripture," he was speaking of the Old Testament because the New Testament wasn't written yet.
      You can check out a couple videos I did on my channel when I first came into this understanding.

      For some this statement would be true and one of the many reasons I pushed back against it for 12 years but reading the Bible from beginning all the way through without man made teachings clouding what was quite evident made things clear. We obey BECAUSE we are saved and made free from the law of SIN and DEATH.
      Just remember, every "movement", church, sect, et cetera has their crazies and should never be seen as the representation of ALL who are in that group. Do we judge all Christians by the behaviors of the likes of Kenneth Copeland, Benny Hinn, and other false prophets?

      My concern is whether this puts believers back under the Law and out of Grace: it is Yeshua ha’Mashiach’s hard-won grace at the cross that illustrates His covenant with grace & mercy for His church, and we will want to be judged by this grace instead of the harshness of the Law. It may also be offensive for His church to grasp at symbolism YHVH identified specifically for the Hebrew tribes when they are not ethnically of this line.

      @@annemurphy9339 All I can say to anyone with the same concerns that I had for 12 years is set aside man's teachings and just read the book from cover to cover. That will then put the grace teachings into proper perspective including the whole book of Galatians. We are not under the curse of the law because of what Christ did but our salvation always has come by faith, not by works. We obey because we love Him and are grateful for His grace and the free gift of salvation, not because we can earn it, which we never could.

      I believe our maschiach said, he did not come to do away with the law…(I’m NOT speaking of Judaism, or any other ism) Judaism and others seem to have added laws, whereas Christianity has taken away the laws. I wont even go into other ism’s. But, I’m Pretty darn convinced that MAN MADE doctrines (of ALL kinds) , have/are still, deceiving the multitudes, and are clouding the truth, exactly like in the garden! “Did Elohiym really say?” I believe was the serpents line. HalleluYAH , he is making everything new again. Sadly we have all been deceived, but MANY are waking up. It’s interesting indeed why Christian’s get so angry 🤔🤔🧐 I think it’s maybe because they have no idea what the instructions for righteous living (the “law”) are. They would rather be free to do as thou wilt, and they are “free” from the law (making themselves the lawless ones😮😢). The first 4 are how to love our creator, and the last 6 are how to love others. That’s a pretty simple place to begin, however, It’s absolutely clear that this country is filled with those doing their own will (lawless ones), and are not abiding in his ways, (his law”). Otherwise, this nation would not be in the predicament it’s in. Unfortunately, we were sent to schools, and universities , to “learn” “history”, math, “science” etc. and sent to temples, church’s, etc to “learn” their doctrine. Just like ancient times. Nothing new under the Son. Some people simply cannot accept these words straight from the savior himself, but would rather cling to a doctrine. It’s very difficult, at least it was for me, to know that I was lied to about something so precious !😂😢.
      pray for wisdom, and Just sit down with the creator, and meditate on his words from the very beginning to the very end, WITHOUT men’s interference, influence . Just like those before us did, thousand of years ago. We cannot do it on our own but, pray for wisdom, pray for discernment , read, meditate on his word. PICK your “version “ of the Bible carefully, or learn ancient Hebrew. 🙌🙌🙌🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️ and remember, that the enemy prowls around seeking those he can devour. Meaning, you will have troubles 🥴
      It’s the same thing that’s been going on since the garden

No judgement, no telling them what they should or should not do, just a testimony

      @hickoryhillinthebigwoods-r759 It took Patrick time to warm up to it as he said "I do not wear jewelry", haha! I never pushed or even encouraged him on this one, just trusted that scripture and my own wearing of them would lead him. Eventually that is exactly what happened and he has not stopped wearing them since. I certainly DO find that encouraging and really, I hardly see them on myself (unless they get hung up on something, haha) but seeing them on others is encouraging to me and a great reminder.

    I love that you brought up following God's laws are Freedom. If people actually read the 10 Commandments, or Christ's abbreviation of the 10 Commandments, they very simple guidelines to living a happy and fulfilling life. Even if someone isn't religious, they will be significantly happier even if they follow the commandments about not being greedy or envious and not to murder or even think bad of others. Jesus said it perfectly so us simple humans (compared to God) could understand it so easily: Love Thy Neighbor As Thyself. If we love everyone as much as our egos tell us WE are the best, if we stop ourselves from silently judging people , we WILL be SIGNIFICANTLY happier, if not downright content in life. Because Jesus did say that even negative thoughts towards others is as bad as murder; and He wasn't wrong, we literally murder by severing our connection to that person (the invisible string of the Holy Ghost that God communicates to us with and that we can feel when our fellow humans need help) with bad thoughts, we cause a segregation and delude ourselves that we are better than them. But if we follow the Commandments, we won't be unhappy in life. I'm not saying we won't suffer (also that the word "suffer" in the Biblical times mean "long-suffering" aka enduring, which is not a bad thing), because sometimes we NEED a moment of suffering for God's lessons to sink in. But we won't be unhappy, we won't feel like we have no purpose in life.
    Love God more than anything else, and don't do bad things to people. The Commandments are not asking a lot of us. They exist to help us live happy lives.

      While I am most certainly not ashamed of my faith and what I have learned, each new video like this is another step of faith knowing the hate I will get. Funny thing is, it never comes from non believers but from believers on ALL sides. Yesterday I was accused of idolatry by a so called "Israelite" and of not reading Deuteronomy but it was by reading Deuteronomy that my eyes became opened to truth and I have no clue what idolatry they were accusing me of. Then a so called "Christian" came in under that using euphemisms, trying to sound sincere and understanding while discreetly jabbing at me. I am sure you all understand exactly what I mean. However, I see it as a testing of my faith. Do these things cause me to question? Yes, of course, but not in the way the wicked one intends it, more in a form of re examination of this path I am on and yet again asking for only HIS wisdom and truth, and He always is faithful on that and thus my faith becomes stronger:
      James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

      I was once one of those for about 12 years so I understand it. It is a challenge to our long held belief system. It forces us to face the fact we may really NOT know our Bible or the Father like we believe we do. When I started reading and re reading Deuteronomy, my eyes became opened yet I was so afraid of being wrong again. I really struggled with the fact the many teachers I had followed and trusted for years could be wrong on this issue. Then the Father reminded me that HIS word is true and man is merely fallible beings. Who am I going to follow? I sobbed and sobbed over this but also found peace and elation as I started taking these steps to deepen my faith and my walk

      @@RainCountryHomestead Same here I never really knew what it meant to follow ha'Mashiah until the events of 2020 and that's when Yah totally opened my eyes and it took time for me to get where I am today but we are all a work in progress. I like what you said about something to the affect of continually seeking. I really believe the believers who are continually seeking are being led out of the lies and to the truth and the ones that "rely on their own understanding" are being kept in the dark until the fully surrender and realize we know nothing and need to seek continually daily.

I remember as a newer believer questioning eating pork on Easter, felt like that was a slap in Jesus's face, and other new testament church traditions. I remember stating what I was reading in the Bible and how these events were unbiblical. I allowed myself to believe the lies that it was only for the Jews, old testament, etc....excuses. I tried making Christmas about Jesus as much as I could but after years of saying, How is going into debt every December honoring Jesus? I finally l said enough! I told my husband Im not doing this anymore, I want to look at God's Holy Days, not man's consumeristic holidays. He said he had been really reading & studying and said he was on board. None of our family understands this aside from our young adult daughters who are own their own personal paths. Christmas is the hardest for them and so we are trying to figure that one out.
