Looks delicious! 😋 Very similar to the Beef Wellington I had at Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen in Las Vegas last week. I did the 3-course fixed price dinner for $89.95 that included an appetizer and his famous sticky toffee pudding for dessert.
Oh wow!... his pub n cafe is the most expensive i will go to, im more the GR burger or GR fish n chips level

We used our Diamond celebration dinner there last month. Got the Beef Wellington too. It was delicious!

Was particularly impressed by the consistant carrots that tasted like carrots. Ha Ha Beef Wellington looked great.

wow, im falling behind here, watching now.
Now, here's my question: did the filet have a slight mushy texture? I say that because I had a Wellington at Paris Restaurant and the meat was very mushy. I attribute that to the meat steaming inside the puff pastry.
it was not mushy, it was very tenderlion like... there was no crisp steak crust if thats what u mean
@@dannythemedic No, I understand the outside would normally be grilled. This had a mushy consistency thoughout. The meat had been steaming. Ramsey probably has a better take on this dish, although I probably wouldn't order it even at his restaurant. I'll stick to my grilled steaks, lol. I will be going to his steakhouse for the ribcap.

Yes, I agree about a prisoner's last meal - with the stipulation and terms being that it will need to be from Gordon Ramsey's Restaurant in Vegas, and with Gordon Ramsey being the Chef. Otherwise, they will need to issue a Stay of Execution.
