I think you're doing really well ,I did it in June a couple of years a go & started in the heaviest rain I'd ever seen & 40mph head winds but things get better .You're nearly there & have done the hardest parts .
Youre doing very well. Just one thing, why no mudguards? Especially in rainy Britain. Posting the camping stuff was a good move. I did yhe same in Lancaster, two days sooner. Hope weather improves. Good luck
Thank you! And oh it’s so funny that you did the same thing with your camping gear! I wasn’t using mudguards because my bikepacking bags always double up & serve that purpose (but after I mailed my handlebar bag there were moments when I wished I had one up front! 🤣)
You have real grit! Such a shame your uK adventure was such a tough one. I did LeJog in summer ‘21 and it was heatwave all the way, too hot really 🥵 Your ride at least shows how strong you are, I look forward to the next instalment 🤗
Thank you!! 😊 Hilariously when it was raining up north where I was at the time of this video, there was just gorgeous weather down in the south of England!! (A friend of mine was cycling down south at the same time and from the photos you might have guessed we were on opposite sides of the planet 🤣)
Another superb video, Edna.
Can it rain anymore?…..All credit to you, always smiling!
Thanks so much Simon!! (And yes haha I think it probably can… 🤣😆🤣)
Hello Edna,
Another tough day on the bike, smart move to post the camping gear to your friend... see you on the next one...
Take care.
Paul,,
Thank you, Paul!! 😊

Thank you Kevin! 🙏😊 And that’s amazing! 40 mph headwinds with those hills down in Cornwall would have been quite the effort!!!
