I just plugged my charger then pressed power button for 20 second than plugged out the charger and pressed the power button and it worked thank you

Tysm! I did the first method of holding the power button for 20 seconds and take out the cable and pressing the power button and it is perfectly working.

Thank you for your video. I am having little different problem, whereby my laptop fully charged indicated via blue led light at the side. However, when I press the turn on button, it doesn`t work and it took ages to turn it on.

I have the same problem too. For me, you have to at least hold the power button for 20 second and more at least, till u see the keyboard light up then u stop pressing and eventually it will work. It kinda help rebooting i guess. So that next time u wanna turn it on, u just press it once on the power button. No need to hold the button or have to be plugged in
Thanks bro it worked . I connected the charger and pressed power key for 20 sec then I realesed it then removed the charger and again single pressed the power button and it worked

Yep, disconnected the battery and connected it back. Still working till today.

Really worked on my new acer aspire 5, thank you!
Do you know how to fix an older aspire 5? Our aspire 5 doesn't have the numbers on side (between the F keys and letters only), Just installed a small game (7gb) but after 2-3 days the laptop got slower until it can't power on now. Well it still turns on but it's stuck on the acer loading screen tried to open it overnight and even after i wake up it's still stuck on that loading screen. And by the way the game that I installed is "not a virus" I installed it on its official website.
It's almost a month not working, finding some vids on how to fix it but most of the vids were replacing parts(like replacing the disk drive) , but we can't afford some parts and if fixing it the price is high
