- In the latest installment of Road to the Games, Noah Ohlsen and Dan Bailey give us a peek inside their journeys for the podium at the CrossFit Games. Ohlsen took eighth at the 2015 Games for the second consecutive year. Bailey finished fourth in 2015-just one spot shy of the podium-and was also the recipient of the Spirit of the Games Award.

I love how humble and committed Dan Bailey is
Noah Ohlsen reminds me of a golden retriever. Extremely positive, desire to please others, and extremely likable but some people may misinterpret his sunny attitude as arrogance.
My two favorite competitors right here! Also I love how honest Noah was and how he handled that situation!
Noah is the nicest Crossfit athlete I've worked with and I've met pretty much all of them. Really down to earth solid dude since day 1. Hope to see you on top this year dude!

Nothing wrong with wanting to be great and it sucks that confident beaming guys like Noah get caught up in wanting people to like them and feeling like they need to behave a particular way to make others happy. We all do it, I do it, but I try to just be true to myself and let the chips fall where they may.

I am a former jiu- jitsu fighter , already practiced judo as well, boxing , muay thai , and other sports. Today after watching several videos of CROSSFIT empouguei me a lot with what I saw. I like to overcome , to go beyond , to test my limits .
Surely this is where I 'll stay from now on !

Not going to lie i was not a huge fan of Olsen in 2014 but liked him going into 2015 I was hoping he was going to podium. He really has grown on me a lot. I always want Dan to freaken win and was shocked by his Open performance, i am glad they addressed it.

Regardless of whether Hillary is annoyed with one of the athletes or not, seems lame of her to call them out on social media. She should know everyone is going to immediately start speculating and torturing whoever it is.

I was always confounded as to why there was a general consensus that Ohlsen was arrogant and disrespectful but the Twitter anecdote in this video explains it somewhat, I suppose. He appears to be an extremely honest individual who faces competition with a fierce yet humble attitude. Hopefully this video assists to remove the purported ideas plaguing his image in recent times.

+Finn Daniel I'm glad that we get to see a Noah Olsen without the facade. In many interviews he seems reluctant to just lean back and take in his own feelings in front of a person, instead preferring to diffuse some of that insecurity/nervous energy with a quip or somesuch.
He never came off as arrogant to me, just a person trying desperately to cover their nervousness. And I'm really glad the fans get to see this side of him.

Ohlsen, you won't please everyone; no matter what you do. Just focus on you and your goals. You work way too hard to let people who don't know you bullying you online get to you. Prove who you are out there, by winning the games!

Noah never came off as being arrogant to me either. I think the social media comment by Hilary was very unnecessary. Noah, you're a great guy and you should keep up the hard work! Dan Bailey is freakin' awesome! All of the top Crossfit athletes are so likable. Honestly all of you have a chance make podium and win the Games and you need to keep believing in that. Isn't it funny how all these massive, showy, in-your-face Christian's get super pissy and bitchy at the slightest possible notion of offence. They just love to get offended about something. None of them practice what they preach, and my GOD do they preach a lot.

I've seen many people attack Hillary because of this video, but what they don't understand is that she's an outspoken person who thought that Noah was intentionally lying about what Rich said in order to validate himself.
