    Aww man, this looks absolutely amazing! That Creme brulee is on point btw-- I literally just shot a Thai creme carmel too-- I love to add a star anise while the cream is steeping-- it enhance the flavor like crazy

      Thank you!! We got the jars at a Walmart grocery store. But you can find them on Amazon early these days also! The company in called ball

      Hello! Yes, after its cooked, you can let it cool and then store it in the fridge. And when your going to eat it, you can torch it to make the crunchy top.

    Can I just put it in the freezer to make it as a thai tea mousse?

      Sorry, no unfortunately you cannot freeze this as a mousse because the egg is not cooked. And it will not set properly.

      Hi there! We got those ramekins from Target, but you should find them at any regular grocery stores.
