Does anyone remember when entenman's had a special edition? Jelly donut? They only had them one time and I never seen them again. It was the best jelly donut I ever ate in my life

These are not in our area I like you most entenmann's that are new are not available here. We might get these in about a year but I still would like to try the chocolate 😊
Every time I see an Entenmann's product I think of the show "Dead to Me" on Netflix. In one episode the main character eats a box of their chocolate chip cookies, and they look SO darn good. They don't sell them in my area though so it's frustrating!
I can relate to that! We used to watch a show called Superstore. In their store, they sold a drink called Shasta. We can’t find it around here at all even though they list selling it at places like Big Lots.
We used to buy their chocolate fudge cake in a silver tray 25 years ago when Safeway was still in 🇬🇧. Haven’t seen this brand for so many years. These seem nice if I’m not thinking doughnut but rather round cakes. 😂😂 you just said the same thing. Thanks for the review.

The Entenmann’s I grew up on were the crumb cake donuts. I would break it into four, and eat each quarter a different way 😂My favorite way to eat it was to eat all the crumbs off, then chip away the icing, then eat the plain donut. I’ve always had my weird habits lol
It lasts longer that way 🤗
Around my town Publix has Entenmanns and they will run them bogo every now and then. I’ve never been overwhelmed by them personally but they are okay. Between these two I would go for the “diet” one 😂cinnamon flavor. Great review

When you said $5.49, I was about to say rip-off, but thinking about it, single doughnuts from the bakery case are 98 cents each. Although with the bakery case you can make an assortment of different kinds. I loved Entenmann's Cheese Danish coffee cake, but no stores in our area sell it anymore. And they discontinued the giant Cinnamon Rollls back in 2013-2014. I haven't bought anything from Entenmann's in over 8 years now. Just over-priced compared to fresh bakery and the discontinued everything I liked.
I agree! There are too many great donuts to choose from.
I used to love all the danishes from Entenmann's (raspberry danish, cheese danish)! I would marvel that my dad would take a tiny slice (or half of an Entenmann's donut) and just eat that. I was never that disciplined!

These have been out for a while, but we get everything from Entenmann's; they were a staple in my house growing up for sure. Mainly the donuts, cakes, little bites, and sometimes the cookies.. My favorite thing was their multigrain bars (and while I didn't care, they were much lighter calorie-wise).
At my local Shoprite, the first thing you see is half-priced Entenmann's 😝
You should try their full-sized crumb cake (There's a few different ones to try... The best one was their "ultimate" crumb cake, but like my other favorite, it got discontinued too...) and devil's food crumb donuts if you can find them in your area.
I may have asked you before - did you go to the new 24/7 Shoprite? I used to love best the Entenmann's cakes (fudge frosted cake, back in the day when it had creme in the middle; they stopped that really quickly, probably because they knew how much I liked it!). When I was allowed to have "junky" stuff as a kid it was Entenmann's or Drake's.

Entenmann’s and Drake’s were true staples in my house growing up. If there wasn’t a box of coffee cakes or devil dogs in the pantry, we needed to go shopping!
I think either of them would put me in a sugar coma now though 🤣
@@BeatlesandWebkinz We would murder Devil Dogs and Ring Dings/Yodels. My dad was a Yankee Doodle kind of guy. LOL I have a funny Coffee Cakes story from Middletown I will tell you one day. It is more silly. I lived in Monmouth County (Manalapan). Supposedly there are new Shoprites in NJ and PA that are huge and also 24/7. I will find out where they are and get back to you later. I remember the one time we ever strayed was when my mom had a little extra $ and went to Food Town and Suzy Qs had just come out. Night and Day difference from the rubbery sponges they are today! One day a few years back, when I was still living in the south - I paid someone to ship me a batch of boxes of Devil Dogs. Then they had them in Walmart for awhile. It was like heaven rained down DDs.

The times don’t matter to me since I’m an afternoon shopper… Though I can imagine it being more peaceful at night. I used to do shop from home at one through covid and it was anything but!!
Ring Dings, Yodels, and Yankee Doodles were also yum! Way better than Hostess before they took over.

I was thinking when you pulled them out that they were a good size. I’m glad they weren’t dry. I was worried about that. The Cinnamon Sugar would be perfect with a cup of coffee, however you are right I don’t know if I want to spend my calories on this for breakfast. The Cinnamon Sugar is my choice. Great review.

I think I would like the chocolate chip Donuts cake is good but I don't know about the cinnamon and sugar one I like them but they don't have too much calories I think I like the chocolate chip donut cake a little bit better the cinnamon and sugar looks good but it just two spongy I liked it but it looks almost like a Twinkie it is is good
