Are all the features you've showed/used in this video are available to the free account. If not, why didn't you clarify this. Your video gives me an impression, all the tools are available to the free account holders. If this is not true, I'm mislead...

A quick way to find out what is or isn't available (with any service) is to look over their pricing page - MindMeister makes this very simple, as do more good services: www.mindmeister.com/mind-map-pricing - I'm sure it changes over time but it looks like all of the features I've shown are available, although you only get a limited number of maps with a free account.

It looks nice at first, but in fact it's a total fail and completely unreliable. I turned off sharing by link, some error has occured and 5 seconds later the whole map disappeared and is nowhere to be find. Same as several hours of my work. AVOID.

I've created a Mindmap and want to send out a shared link to several thousand people. How can I make my Mindmap view only when I send it out? In some tests I've done the shared map can be edited by anyone I send it to. I know I can go into the invite list and see who opened it and then make that person view only. But let's say I send this to my email list and may 100 people open my mind map and start making changes to it. Then, everyone else will see those changes and they also show up on my own Mindmeister map. This can totally destroy the map that I created. People start adding, changing, deleting, etc, not knowing they are changing my own mind map be anyone else who opens it. How can I avoid this?

Good question - there's a couple options you need to change when grabbing your share link; I made a short video to show what to do: ruclips.net/video/NSDnMsBs5I0/видео.html

Thanks for the insight. Suggestion: use Mindmeister to better organize what you are going to say in the video (it will make your presentation smoother). ;-)

Hi! It seems they are not developing the mindmapping tool so much and rather focus on task manager. Can you please consider comparing it with e.g. Mindomo?

Thanks for the info. I was wondering what software you use to display your circular camera image that is embedded on the screen. I like the way you can move it about if it gets in the way of a presentation that you are explaining.

Loom! It's great and super easy to use, along with being free to use unless you need to save a large number of videos - check it out: productivity.academy/loom

This is awesome, thanks for sharing! I'm curious how it has evolved since 2018. At 7:20mins you start talking about exactly what I would like my concept mapping tools to do. Have you found something to do it?
I'm looking for something a program like Ayoa, but doesn't branch out like a spider...I'm looking for something that more like a sun...do you know what I mean?! Thanks

I don't have a "go to" but probably Draw.io or Lucid Chart for more "org chart" type outlines.
