The co2 seems stagnant inside the chamber.. Without visible bubbles circulation. How did that dispence and mix in water. Please tell me about is science behind.
Co2 enters the water via diffusion - with a ceramic diffuser the co2 is made to form tiny bubbles, which then diffuse in the water as the rise or circulate through the aquarium. With this method, it is essentially one big bubble held under the water. Still diffusion, but in a different way. This way is slightly less efficient than the tiny bubbles method.
@@AquariumAdventures hey man i can't find an update on this kind of co2 kit, i bought one from colombo and i was searching for a follow up, please tell me if you did one and perhaps a link to the video
lol love those bleepers at the end and was thinking of getting one of these for the simplicity. I did also think you could just keep the clear box or just use a bottle with the bottom cut off and non return valve and instead of buying more cans of co2 just attach a bottle with yeast and sugar to replace the cans what did you end up doing that you were happy with by the way.
You definitely could retrofit a DIY kit instead of buying more cans, but i just keep looking in the bargain bins and have myself quite the stock of cheap cans! I'm still using it now - it's 'fine'. Not brilliant, not rubbish, if that makes sense!
I I've seen a Aquarium Coop video where he goes to a aquarium store in San Francisco where the owner does his whole store with big Co2 tank and lots of cut up upside down plastic bottles. Should work just fine. (I like this store more than MY OWN! - Nature Aquarium Style) is the name of the video.
I just got this from Amazon. Was waiting at my office desk this morning. I’ve been dsm growing some dwarf hair grass, but they seem to have hit a plateau with growth and some even started dying. So i got this kit, submerged my dwarf hairgrass earlier tonight (half a tank) and dosed 1 full diffuser load. I hope it promotes horizontal growth so I can get that nice thick carpet I see in so many RUclips videos. Right now it looks like a scalp with a poor implant job. Lol. I know it hasn’t been a month yet for you - hows it Doing?
It seems very low tech. Can you jump start the process, and do a Club Soda Plastic Bottle? You open it upside down in the tank. Let the CO2 rise inside the bottle. Slowly add more CO2 into the bottle as needed? All the time the bottle remains upside down? You can hang a rock to the Bottle neck to keep it upside down? Is that insane or what? I tried it in a sink before. About 1/3 of the bottle is CO2. Just insert a small styrofoam ball to see where the level of CO2 is?
I dont think the CO2 will diffused in the water that fast..the water level rise very drastically.i think your setup is leaking somewhere. i also use this set for my 20 gallon.i noticed that, when i remove the bottle from the hose, the gas is release thru the check valve.check the arrow..its ok.maybe got defective cv.connect the bottle to the hose, then after half and hour, it seem the water level in the tank didnt rise that much.after 9 hours the water level reach nearly at the top
Hi, I've got a question. I have just installed a CO2 diffuser into a planted 40 litre freshwater tank. I have also planted, and want to plant more of, some medium difficulty plants i.e. needing added CO2 - like Alternanthera reineckii 'Mini'. Will my fish suffocate from too much CO2? Should I run the air pump at the same time? please help, thank you, love your videos, subscribed.
The general principle is run CO2 when your lights are on, and run air when they are off. Start with small amounts and build up gradually and your fish should be fine. Good luck! 👍
Royston Williams not to be rude but shouldn’t you be asking this on his Facebook page? I’m sure you’ll find more people concerned there than you will here. Just saying.......
Of fuck absolutely right off! Your assumption that I found that video funny because it was an Asian man speaking his 'funny language' is the example of systemic racism here. If it was a fat white Scotsman delivering the instruction in such a dry awkward style I would have found it equally amusing.
Combo21 relax I'm asian too, we need to understand not all people can speak Chinese they need to put subtitles for non asian, but i gotta admit i found the instruction guy is kinda awkward and funny aswell

The intro is the best part... lol. Another well explained, helpful to all levels of fish keepers video. Keep up the great work
Do u have update video on this co2 set?
Does it work on a 200 liter aquarium and how many times do I press it to release co2
Hello,
May I ask if there is any plant improvement related to the CO2 diffuser ?
Bought this and the first day it diffused. Second day the diffuser has appeared to just stopped. It’s been at the same level of co2 for hours
good video , but how’s the tank now was it good any help ??
I think overall it was helpful
Can u just blow air in it?
Update about this co2 results? Please..

I'm still using it now - it's 'fine'. Not brilliant, not rubbish, if that makes sense!
When it runs out say at night do you just refill it when the lights come on?
pretty much - On smaller tanks you kind of get used to how much it will use on a day, so each morning just fill it as much as needed for the day
I got this but is it worth it?
No
If it's any use to you, I see my plants pearling when I use my other home made CO2 creations, I just got this one today.
So how’s going with this co2 do you see any difference your plants ?
How many days a single can fill the full chamber.
Great video 🤙
Is this better than liquid carbon
Everything's better than liquid carbon. That's as real as aquatic plant seeds on amazon

+JustsBob Yes, ive seen that, hope this work ok too!
Awesome video mate!
Would this be any good for a 76 litre aquarium?
I don't think so. That's too big

So far so good - hasn't dealt with the algae yet, but plants are showing some good growth.
How is your tank doing??
Did it work

It is certainly low tech!
How dangerous is it for the family? Can it kill people if it leaks?
No - completely safe
Did it work fella? Are you still using it?
I’ve been looking but can’t find the follow up video!
Yes, still using it today! It's not the most efficient or high tech solution, but it does the job 👍
Aquarium Adventures how long did it last ya?
Did you do a follow up video
Any follow up reviews please?

I was so close to buying a fahaka puffer (think that’s how u spell it ) on Thursday
Do it!
Hello , its been a month hows the progress!? Im looking forward to buy one 🤔
Hi - I'm not quite sure yet to be honest. I'll give it a little longer and make an update video soon
@@AquariumAdventures hi! Can You tell me if this product worth? Is it good for the plants or not? Thanks a lot

If this container reload then its more useful
You mean refill?
nice video!
Good luck. Hope it works for you!
Not sure how effective it will be - but better than nothing.
DID IT WORK??? 🙄Great video, massive thumbs up 👍 and a Sub , 👍😛👍
Yes, it works well as long as you remember to keep topping it up.
@AquariumAdventures should I keep topping it up when it's half or should I fill it 1 time a day
I got one and it works well and I top mine up everyday, I also wait until ive lost about 4 inches of water evaporation then I top that to 👍
Liked the bloopers at the end lol
Agree, very funny :)

Point noted and taken Shirley.
I think that's a great product if you just have a single tank an want to keep it neat and cheap.
Cheap and simple - just like me! 😜
Well I went and got one for my tank and will let you know how I get on with it no bargain bucket for me though boo hoo
How is it going
Lol its pathetic nah I would waste my time with it tbh
How is someone explaining something in their language funny. systematic racism at its finest
