This has every feature that I’d want if I were downsizing. Well thought-out design, plenty of closet storage, a real oven to bake with, nice-size refrigerator, wood-stove for heat….well done.

This is a good effort to fit all the amenities one would want in a small home. I'd make a few small changes. Install cabinets instead of open shelves in the kitchen, and try to fit in a small table instead of counter dining. I'd want a smaller, higher window in the bathroom. But those are all easily corrected.

Beautiful design for a single / couple person living. But if there is so much room outside as shown, it can very easily be built twice as large for more accommodation. Just a simple observation.
