Hi, i've tried your recipe and it turns out good. I tried second time and I add ground chili add use palm sugar instead of white sugar and it be ome more delicious.
Yo, love your recipes guys & I just subscribed but I've gotta be honest: THAT FOOD PROCESSOR SOUND IS TOO LOUD & SHARP IN THE MIX!! 😂😂😂 Might I recommend that, when recording blenders/processors/any loud kitchen appliance that you turn it down about 30-40% in post? It will help to not absolutely destroy the eardrums of headphone users as well as draw more attention because it is audiophile approve and thus more pleasant to listen to and watch this in general. Best wishes and keep doing' your thing y'all! xX Mia FluxXx
Now many using a non stick pan to pan fry the satay, Great idea. While pan frying them, brush them with coconut milk mixed with oil, some sugar- optional, so that it gives aroma and caramelize it too at the same time. When blend the lemongrass and ginger try to slice them thinly so that the fiber will blend to smooth paste.
Best mix I ever tried, thanks Meat Men.
You can try out our Chicken Satay too! facebook.com/watch/?v=677448420189453
