@jamestaylor1754 i have to say its pretty well built and it does support me the way its supposed to, and honestly its some of the best sleep I've had on a plane. Tips and Tricks: really cinch the seat headrest strap down hard. It can get loose if you have a heavy head (like me) but i only really had to recinch it once or twice in the 7 hour flight. If you are getting in and out of the seat, don't be afraid to readjust your position with the velcro straps. It's way easier than trying to settle back into the original position. My only gripe is my air attendant didn't wake me for food when I specifically had the badge that said "wake me for food" 😅😅😅

Update. It’s a good idea but the product needs some improvements. The velcro has to go. It’s loud and not easy to adjust. The pillow is to big. The clips that hook into the straps on the headrest come out to easily, they should clip in. It would be nice to have a way to unclip the mask from one side. Flipping it upward is awkward and distracting to the people behind you. It worked but still have a long way to go.

This will NOT work with SPIRIT airlines or on Delta in economy! Those are the two I’ve tried. Cannot comment on other airlines but holy smokes, wait for others to review them before spending this insane amount of money on one. 🤦🏼♂️
Spirit- Spirit airlines does not have individual headrest, so the strap would be going BEHIND THE SEAT, annoying the person behind you. Just took a flight and it was a total no go.
Delta- The headrest have a pivot on them that allows them to fold down, not just up/down. The mechanism that this pillow operates as shown in the video does not stay secure and provides absolutely no support as demonstrated. Tried on a flight to Italy from USA and was absolutely useless.
Unfortunately, this is a gimmick that is nearly 100% conducive to the airplane being taken. I would not risk a long haul flight like I did only to end up with a useless piece that i then trucked around Europe with.
I’ll admit, the videos make it look like this is flying 1st class. My opinion is pass and check out others. ✌🏼
Just check the aircraft seat configuration before you pack it.
