Dude takes a running step and swings as hard as he cans at the typical truck door. Barely swings to not damage the Tesla.
Oh, and that is a rubber mallet, not a sledge hammer.
Also, the standard truck door gets the harder mallet side, not the head. The Cybertruck gets the mallet head.

Shame! this not the way to do a crash test. the force from hammer is different and different sides of the hammer for both. one it is tested only on door and then car. two, both forces are completely different, three- both are not cars, one is car door and other is a assembled car. Please learn engineering.

That's not a sledgehammer; you can tell by how easily the guy waves it around, especially the strike at 1:43 with his hand that far away from the head.

@@MinkieWinkle I agree. And the sad part is that they could have done this for real and demonstrated that cybertruck is much stronger than typical car but it will still bend and scratch. However, they decided to fake it to make it look magical if you don't notice the trick. And I fully agree with Penn Gillette that magic tricks are fun as long as the audience understands that they were watching magic *tricks.*
