In this previous interview with Dr. Mosconi, she reveals a paradigm-shifting revelation that I completely agree with: Genetics may not hold the key to a woman’s susceptibility to dementia. Instead, she argues that factors like hormonal status, lifestyle choices, diet and medical history play pivotal roles.
Join us as we dive into the intricacies of women’s brain health, debunking common misconceptions. This episode is your gateway to understanding the actionable steps YOU can take to help diminish your risk of dementia.
    On this episode you’ll learn:
The surprising link between WOMEN and Alzheimer’s (it will change your perspective on brain health forever)
The TRUTH about the impact of your genes on your risk of dementia
How bias in medical research can be affecting your health
How to workout LESS but get MORE brain-boosting benefits
The TRUTH about dementia (this could save a loved one!)

Keto in my research has completely reversed menopause symptoms in women. But people don’t trust dietary and lifestyle changes as much as they do “the doctor”… 😢 sad but true! Great video!!!

@ 8:30 Dr Mosconi thank you for saying the lack of women's research is offensive. I have been offended about the money and research that went into viagra vs women's health. It is past time women's health is a priority in scientific research. Thank you for your dedication and work.

Decade plus ago I said this cellular testing with thyroid too anything that moves a lot uses more thyroid hormones ie. Heart lungs gut nervous system tendons etc.. . I had a thyroidectomy x2... I am late March 1 age 62... I can claim menopause. I am in the last few weeks sick super sick. Tightened everything cramping even in my vulva...not the skin though..super sick I am using yam cream now. I do believe in cell testing for all hormones please !!! I need female hormones big time..plus better thyroid testing too. Thanks.... I smoked 30 years quit....a RN extended care up to 100 pts single mom stress...over wt actually morbidly obese due to poor management of thyroid replacement...over half decade subclinical hypothyroidism myxedema...I had organ failure my thyroid calcified the heaviest my surgeon had ever seen..come to find out too....I need both T3 and T4. Poor pharma too x4 time plus no production too..
female brain is wired for addiction for bonding and breastfeeding...etc
I suspect different body types for different exercise. As a child I couldn't run distance etc...I am learning to live with Afib. I had proximal afib PMS then started my period it would go away. Now stuck in it. Ablation x1 few cardioversion only could get 30 days sustained... I have asked the CDC to remove in some women flip flopping heart can be in normal perimenopausal situations.. All heart issues should be addressed. I am doing low intensity exercises x2 week... Thanks addendum I was emotionally abused by my cardiology nurses....I was not through to menopause yet. I was put on anticoagulant for afib..my last big period was horrible mega hemorrhage reported 3 times at five 1700 the on call took call he said stop the anticoagulant easy fix...the one nurse got bold we don't deal with gynecology etc.. quick did a literature review..EU was the only research I could find. They did indeed sight women on anticoagulant therapy who have periods have a poor quality of life. Well now with those female children who got the SARS and had cardiac issues which ended up with afib will now have potential period issues too. My lab showed I was not through menopause at 61 my OBGYN couldn't believe it....d & c which was normal. So....thinking about women health please is needed more than ever.... Thanks Oh as well with my thyroid too my nurses emotionally abused me too around a decade too. Amazing.

You know there is a very excellent neurophysiologist in Mexico named @Eduardo Calixto he has studied the brain and explains it in a way that is very easy to understand and he explains the reason why women suffers more this disease it would be lovely to invite him over to give a conference about it I love hearing him in Spanish 😆 but I'm sure you can translate😊, also can you get deeper into what to do when you need to have a hysterectomy to save your life😢 thanks I follow you as well.... And I'm hard to like anyone.

Because of the "Women's health initiative" study which was nothing " health" about it. They linked HRT to increase the risk of breast cancer which is not true. A lot of doctors got scared and stopped prescription HRT. I would recommend Dr. Barbie Taylor at Menopause Taylor here on RUclips. She is AMAZING and an EXPERT at menopause. She is very funny too.

@@MBT372 the energy around, when it is in flux, acts on cellular damage. You just need to create a shielding room or box that allows a break from this mechanism. There is large spectrum of energy, so I found layers of differnt material is important. (It's all about the layers) You can start with polyisocyanurate sheets for the structure and because of the somewhat higher hydrogen bonds in polyisocyanurate, you have already taken care of a certain amount of secondaries like muons and HZE. Remember always do as many layers, so if you do 2 inches thick foil faced polyisocyanurate, make sure you stack half inch or smaller. (No metal inside the box or room), but 2 inches minimum. You can place a layers of HDPE, but that cost a lot, I have an entire room made of HDPE and found that the cost is not worth it for most people because you only need to reduce what is coming in. The second thing that is important is reducing GIC (ground induced current) Our magnetosphere wiggles and induces a current into us... This is where your box has to be sealed. So the best material for low frequency induction, which is what we are talking about, is stainless steel believe it or not, but you can use many layers if heavy aluminum foil. (For migraine, one should use a better metal because it won't reduce it enough) There is a galvanized roll of metal for roofing that works very well, but working with it is not recommended because when you cut it you risk the razor sharp edge. Just start woth the foil, it works pretty good and most of the issue with dementia involves muons anyway. Now you need a fan to bring you air. An 8 inch fan in and one going out works well. (Vornado desk top clamp fan, but take off all the clamps. These last for a very long time... best in my opinion) cut in the fans bit draw the air through metal ducts, a few feet, with copper scouring pads inside. Ground box is a little better but not completely necessary. Use aluminum tape for everything including the hinge for the door. This box just with extra layers of heavy aluminum foil alone will stop a lot of medical episode within seconds to 5 minutes... Some episodes I tested thousands of times over ten year period.
