Could you please tell me what is the lower and the upper bounds of 5.0 correct to 1 decimal place? Thanks for making excellent videos.

You may round a number to 3.6. Then the question is
What could be the maximum and minimum number that could be rounded to 3.6
Lower Bound (minimum) is 3.55 and the Upper (maximum) will be 3.64.
