- Stir fry recipes are a great way to use up excess ingredients in your fridge. This pepper steak stir fry recipe is just that. You don’t have to follow the ingredients I added in this recipe. However I do recommend sticking with the same sauce but change up the vegetables, protein and carbs to your liking. This stir fry recipe is delicious.

This recipe does contain alcohol. If you can’t consume alcohol, you can substitute the shaoxing wine for stock or it can be left out completely.
If you want to make this recipe cheaper, it’s also fantastic with chicken, seafood and fish.

I love that you give options for people with allergies/food restrictions ❤
In the old days I would have given this RUclips video 5 out of 5 stars.
Great stuff
Appreciate it! Thank you
Loving the new additions to your kitchen 😊 another smashing recipe 💕
Love a good stir fry. Yours looks great. Thanks for the video and recipe. 👍
Clicked so fast 😍🔥...stir fry meals and rice bowl meals are always my go to comfy meals whenever i just wanna cook up something quickly
They’re so good and so easy to make
I saw a good tip about grating fresh ginger: if you freeze it (it freezes well) you can grate it straight from the freezer and won't be left with any ginger fibres/waste.
Made this again today.. It's awesome!!
👏👏👏👏
3 for 3! This is the third recipe that I have tried and it was delicious!! I did not have Oyster/Hoisin sauce or wine and I substituted the peas for mushrooms and it was delicious. Can't wait to try another dish!
Always a pleasure my friend, thanks for the recipe!
Thank you 🙏
Excited to try this, I’ve made many of your recipes and everyone delicious. Love your explanations too. Thank you
Glad you enjoy them. Thank you
Thank you chef
a definite YES 😊✅
I recommend to the rice that you fry a little bit of onion then add the rice and the water to it, believe me the rice taste will become much better
A million subscribers! I think that II was the first one. Congratulations!
Yummy 😋
Hi Jack. Made this right now with leftover steaks. Didn't have snow peas, however added the tri colour capsicums. What can I say but WOW! LOVED IT. The flavours were amazing. Keep up the great work. Love your detailed descriptions too. Thank you. Merry Christmas and happy holidays😊
Glad to hear you enjoyed it! Thank you. Merry Christmas 🎄
Awesome to see you using Marions (Marion’s kitchen) Mako Wok and Mortar and Pestle . I got my Mako wok set when it was first released and I cannot speak highly enough of it, It is the best wok I have ever used I absolutely love it. Thanks chef Jack for all your awesome recipes and informative tutorials I have been watching your RUclips channel since you started and watched you grow to where you are now. Couldn’t be happier for you 👏👏👏👍
The products are awesome. That was the first time i used both products and really enjoyed using them. Really do appreciate the support and for sticking around for so long. It’s good to have you here 🙏
I bet your jumpers, shirts and underwear are brand.
Thanks Chef stir fry weather has arrived lol. 😊
Love your videos! How do you clean your wok?
Love it ) could you please make a slow cooker series or meal prep videos please 😁
Look in his Playlists. He regularly updates that series
Holy shit, you’ve already surpassed 1M subscribers! Congrats!
It’s crazy! Thank you 🙏
🤤🤤😋😋 yum... feels odd as if I can smell it
No need to mention the time I'm watching this 😂
Must try this recipe my brother will love me for it.
He despises my method of recycling leftovers.... I don't like to waste food and he expects meaty recipes and new recipes every day something like stuff served in restaurants thinking I'm some sort of chef or something and I'm not.
I remember he loved your fajitas recipe and something else but can't remember at the moment
Thank for all your recipes Chef ❤💐
My black pepper grinder broke on new year's day and I have just not gotten around to getting a replacement. I do have a mortar and pestle, but I find it too much of a hassle to use for small quantities, so I've taken to cracking black pepper corns by leaning on them with a spoon and then just smushing them on my cutting board. Not as quick and convenient as the pepper grinder, but less work/clean up than getting the mortar and pestle out.
So nice to see you use different knives for different tasks. Bye the way, you stored them right upside down in the rack with the sharp side facing upwards so they do not dull.
Thank you 🙏
❤❤ East enough
Thanks for the recipes! Very simple and easy to make. Where did you get that glass carafe/jar? Thanks.
It’s from Bodum
@@ChefJackOvens the jar you poured the broth from 2:40? I couldn’t find it from bodum website.
Thanks for this video! Could I cook without a wok (using just a regular frying pan?)
Of course. The wok is useful for stirfrys but can easily be done in a regular pan too
Ever since I saw that video of Uncle Roger pointing out how Jamie Oliver always puts mangetout into everything remotely east-inspired, I cannot with a straight face see recipes that use mangetout.
Haha 😂 when I bought it I was laughing to myself too
Chef, Can you do high protein/Fat & low carb meal prep next?
Pepper beef :D
Thank you chef for another fucking nice recipe👍😋
Appreciate it! Cheers
I just made your Kung Pao with Chicken thighs and rice now I'm going to do a steak Kung Pao with Soba noodles!! just sayin a steak stir fry sounds good too, gotta eat more steak!! lol
The best part of this dish is you don't sample it with chop sticks. I just can't handle them 😂
Can i make this and refrigerate it for t days in one container? Or do i have to separate the beef with the vegetables?
No reason to seperate the beef as far as I know
@@nordicstorm9666 thank you👍🏿
You can place it in the fridge for up to 3 days. No need to separate anything
Does MAKO sponsor you? How are satisfied with that cutting board?
The chopping board is amazing. I am doing a little something something with them. Can’t say too much right now
How many does this serve please?
2-4 depending on portion size
Hey my peas dont look like chili, am I doing something wrong?
Ovens.
I was one who tasted pure soap with cilantro. Loving Puerto Rican, Mexican etc food, I began adding that you know, "mystery pinch" and built my taste buds up to the full experience. Just a thought but some dishes and sauces are just so much better and more authentic with the herb. GL
Nice but Filete is expensive Amigo
i don't think i knew that some people actually pronounce "fillet" as "fillet" 😂
Filay is American. Fillet, is the rest of the world
Am I blind or did you forget to add the carrot? I could be wrong as I’m currently trying to cook this while watching
No carrot in this one 🙏
Chinese chefs use a tsp. of baking soda to tenderize the meat which you fail to do.
Didn’t fail to do, I just didn’t do it. Plus I’m using high quality meat and it’s not needed
@@ChefJackOvens I see. I don't have that luxury so I have to add the baking soda.
