And if you are taking steroids, make sure you do all your body function tests on a regular basis. Also add a good medicine of liver and drink a lot of water. It does minimise the damage.

This is part of cycle designing and no one will provide information in general public and also for free. If you want to compete then find a prep coach or cycle coach who will help you on this. Even if you are doing for photo shoot PCT will be required after cycle. Don't do by yourself.

I am using it from over 5 years , I do my blood work on regular basis and never had any of these side effects , I have never been over 25mg a day. Problems hamesha overdose se hoti hai. FYI over dose of coffee can also kill a human .
