    Medovik Cake Ingredients List
    Cup Size: 200 mL
    Spring Mold Size: 26 cm.
    For the Dough:
    ♡2 tablespoons butter (about 100 gr.)
    ♡ 3 eggs
    ♡ 3 tablespoons honey
    ♡ 3 tablespoons yogurt or cream
    ♡ 1 cup sugar
    ♡ 2 teaspoons baking soda
    ♡ 4 cups flour
    For the Cream:
    ♡ 2 eggs
    ♡ one and a half cups sugar
    ♡ a package of vanilla sugar
    ♡ four heaping tablespoons cornstarch
    ♡100 grams butter
    ♡3 or 4 cups milk (use four cups if you like thick cream.)
    Preparation:
    ♡♡♡ Put the butter and honey in a small saucepan and mix until the butter melts. Add 2 teaspoons baking soda and mix until it foams. Let's take the pot off the stove. While the first temperature is coming out, let's take 3 eggs and 1 cup of sugar in a separate bowl. Let's beat it well with a whisk. Let's slowly add the honey mixture that has come out of the first temperature, continue to mix the beaten egg and sugar.
    Let's add 3 tablespoons of cream and mix it. Let's add 4 full cups of flour and mix it well. We need to get a sticky dough, let's flour the counter and stretch our dough. Let's divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. After turning the pieces into a lump, let's cover them with stretch film and let's rest for 15 minutes.
    For the cream, I add one and a half cups of sugar and 4 heaping tablespoons of starch to a suitable pot and mix it. Let's add 2 eggs and mix it well. Let's add 3 cups of milk, let's wait for it to boil while mixing. When it starts to boil, let's boil it for another 1/2 minute and take it off the stove. Let's add the butter and vanilla and mix it.
    If necessary, flour the counter and the dough and roll it out as thin as possible. Let's spread the dough on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Let's poke holes with a fork so that there are no unnecessary rises. I cook it in a preheated 180 degree oven on the top and bottom setting for 2/3 minutes until it changes color. Since the dough is very thin, it cooks quickly, so let's not wait too long and let it dry. Let's roll out the other pieces one by one in the same way and cook them. You can also roll out the dough on baking paper for easier use. Adjust it according to the springform pan, cut off the excess parts of the dough and put it in the oven so that it browns nicely. I arrange my ready dough in the mold by spreading cream in between them. When the last layer is added, let's slowly remove it from the mold. Let's cover all sides of the cake with cream. Let's blend the remaining parts of the layers and sprinkle it all over the cake and cover it. Let's let the cake rest overnight. And it is ready to serve.☆☆☆☆BONE APPETIT!🎉
