He gently told Trustee Carlisle that Item IX-F of the Agenda was so poorly written and presented that it should be tabled as there was nothing to be voted upon. The Trustees need to learn how to write properly write their Agenda, including using the advice and assistance of the Township attorney. If he fails to advise and assist them, then they should seek his removal.

After watching this council meeting to the end. I can honestly say that this is an embarrassment at the highest level. Thug life ,lies yelling, no policing to quiet the people who are there for the mayor when they get out of hand. Incompetent, fraudulent, disgusting dumb videos with ear piercing music. Unless their rules state differently, it takes a majority of the members PRESENT to pass an item once the quorum is reached. Why wasn't this question asked of Township Attorney Stach at the beginning of a meeting? He was there to offer legal advice to the Township. The better question is what was actually passed. One questionable item was Item I of the New Business which reads, "Motion to request that the Supervisor retain separate counsel within the next ninety (90) days for the following cases...". After it was passed, the Supervisor said, "No" to the request, completing the action of the motion. Other motions passed that included the following language: "Discussion and possible action..." So, what was actually approved? Trustees, learn your rules and write better agendas and motions. Use the Township Attorney to advise and assist you in doing so. If he refuses, remove and report him.

You have an excellent picture, it's too bad the boards aren't able to give you a clean feed directly from the audio board, but their audio system seems to have problems at the oddest times. Hopefully they can clean that up and then provide a press feed box for all the journalists on site.

I’m confused as how a county board of supervisors has 2 hour meetings arguing over big bingo games but I’ve never heard them discussing topics regarding rode repair, safety within county and all other topics that most county board members see as a priority. They didn't vote for her. She was appointed at the last minute by the board. They went through several and couldn't agree on anyone. Mr. Gonzalez gave her name minutes before time was up for the board to agree on a replacement for the previous supervisor who passed away. They should have allowed the citizens to vote then whoever came in would not have been at an inherited salary. Additionally, they would have had time for due diligence on prospective candidates and not just be stuck with someone.

Unless their rules state differently, it takes a majority of the members PRESENT to pass an item once the quorum is reached. Why wasn't this question asked of Township Attorney Stach at the beginning of a meeting? He was there to offer legal advice to the Township.
The better question is what was actually passed. One questionable item was Item I of the New Business which reads, "Motion to request that the Supervisor retain separate counsel within the next ninety (90) days for the following cases...". After it was passed, the Supervisor said, "No" to the request, completing the action of the motion. Other motions passed that included the following language: "Discussion and possible action..." So, what was actually approved?
Trustees, learn your rules and write better agendas and motions. Use the Township Attorney to advise and assist you in doing so. If he refuses, remove and report him.

They do have a designated press area, but it's off to the side where it's difficult to see sometimes. Her own media team has multiple cameras stationed in all the most optimal locations.
I’m confused as how a county board of supervisors has 2 hour meetings arguing over big bingo games but I’ve never heard them discussing topics regarding rode repair, safety within county and all other topics that most county board members see as a priority. If she wants to run bingo, so bad maybe she should open her up a bingo hall.

They didn't vote for her. She was appointed at the last minute by the board. They went through several and couldn't agree on anyone. Mr. Gonzalez gave her name minutes before time was up for the board to agree on a replacement for the previous supervisor who passed away. They should have allowed the citizens to vote then whoever came in would not have been at an inherited salary. Additionally, they would have had time for due diligence on prospective candidates and not just be stuck with someone.

now, if her last name was trump, the full force of the liberal reich's corrupt FBI and DOJ would befall her and this would be a done deal. as it is, the chiraq FBI only has so much manpower, time, resources, and budget to deal with what's really a piddly crook and her rabbit hole of cronies, fake businesses, a pay-for-play businesses giving her kickbacks. there's just a lot to unpack while also trying to build a case in demonstrably the second or third most corrupt state in my country (CA is always first, but it goes back and forth between IL and NY). they have other things that are more priority and dealing with a city spending billions with a slight murder and corruption problem.

A position like that requires, at the very least, interviewing qualified people. Tiffany didn't have any experience but she got the position. No wonder the township is in such a mess.

Which in turn mean that tiff has these seniors receiving stolen merchandise. And if you received stolen merchandise without proof of purchase, sales receipt, that is against the law. And any judge or lawyer worth their salt will tell you ignorance is not a defense in criminal court. Somebody needs to check into this for the seniors who received this merchandise. Tiff could be getting them in trouble for being part of a organized crime ring to steal from the township. All the stuff they talk about here is all well and good, and may rise to some degree of criminality, but in my opinion is all minor stuff and not enough to put her away. It is what is NOT talked about, publicly at least, that will send her to federal prison. When they expose her kickbacks, extortion, and outright theft, that in my opinion will put her away.
