The one and only thing that this game needs is better optimization which is only prevalent if you are going for a swarm or zombie build because the LAG is insane. Other than that? fantastic execution thus far.
I picked this game up and love it so much. The devs are also super responsive in the discord! I'm hoping this one stays alive for a long while. There's so much potential for new content.
Wonder I was watching another RUclipsr play this exact same game and he was, ( let’s just put it light ) struggling with the rts element to the game but watching you absolutely lockdown on the micromanagement of it I’m actually super impressed and I hope you take the time to play more ❤🎉🎉🎉🎉😮
The sacrifice required by the data pod is enemy units or destroyable terrain like rocks and trees. Good on him to remember the Support Tank skill. Did he ever fire the missiles from the sniper turrets?
I’m 13 minutes in, I think the “building is a refinery” refers to the building that produces the unit, so the robo medic building would count? Only thing that makes sense to me is
Refinery is main building can be built everywhere (if possible sure), give area where you can build other buildings (turrets, factories etc, can build them out of range Ref). So sniper turrets can be built everywhere and provide control to other stuff, so could put 1 sniper and after deploy 8 missile turrets (for example) Ref can build workers, factories units and so on, Ref isn't specified to just build, more about (area control?), workers, drop points for workers
Yeah, the upgrade that turns a unit factory into a refinery has to take up a unit upgrade slot, there are no upgrade slots exclusive to individual unit factories that i am aware of.
Could be nice idea as rts, but as i see, kinda similar experience each time. Maybe once get more stuff in would be more interested in this. Also Wander assuming you don't get that enemy have 1 main building, when destroyed you win (at least i dont see more than 1 main), red circle around, no need to clear full base enemy, i can understand when its highly defended or u lack of units, but sometimes have critical mass to just rush it when see it, the amount of time to clear full can be 10x of rush main. Also here Sniper turrets (with Refinery) could be used to also as cheese/rush it, was it 8 cap for them? Spot enemy, get with ref or few turrets here (units also can be here) and if main too far to get with ur engineer just drop few turrets, wait for units and end it. As easy example at 43:30
Saw 2 units that seemed to have summon ability (mines and plant turret) would be interesting to play summon run/build (especially with spider upgrade on power) game looks cool. Great job on gameplay
There is a starting specialist that both passively summons creepers and can infect targets with a creeper egg, which can then be upgraded to do even crazier things. There is a building that launches a strike that then summons bomb robos, which then explode on the targets you tell them attack.
Never realised how important a story for a game like in C&C is. This game is not that much enjoyable as C&C still is. And the first level is way to hard you are not really growing in difficulty.
aw this looks really cool! im definitely going to look into this when i get home from work

Roguelike RTS is certainly… different. Intriguing.
Its highly addicting.

@ I was referring to the upgrade that appears to make a unit count as a refinery, specifically, but I appreciate the detailed information!

Was interested until I saw the artstyle
Trust me, the addictive nature of the game will make you forget that pretty quick.
@@ScarriorIII Hmm..interesting. Is this on Steam? Ive never heard of or played an RTS Roguelite game
