It is very interesting how good you are at playing games. I'm not talking about your skill level. The amount of things that you notice while playing the game is impressive. But on top of that you also talk about all these things. I never know what people think while playing my game unless they talk. And you talk! You talk really good which makes it a blessing to have you play the game. When I watch people play my game I always write down things. Stuff they seemed to dislike or get confused by, things they liked, bugs, ... and more. After watching you and hearing you talk your talk while playing the game, there is so much stuff I wrote down. And then in the end you hit me with the "oh I'm not done talking yet" and gave me so much more! Lots of insight to how you felt about the game. I've learned so much from it, thank you so much! I'll see what I can put into the game and change but honestly I am not sure. I agree with so much you said, especially "putting robots into the buildings to produce feels bad" part, but since it's now so ingrained into so many layers of the game it's hard to change without changing the entire game. Also thank you for showing people the game I made, I appreciate it a lot🥰
1:11:25 Strictly speaking 1 or 2 bot cap increases would have potentially allowed you to do some more damage, with the whole having about 30 free bots in the base +15 in production, and only being able to take out 14 at a time. Overall enjoyed the video and the game looks really fun. Edit: Final screen showed 75 produced, 39 lost, 10 sacriiced, if those numbers are actually correct, it means you still had 26 bots left alive (probably production + towers), after 2 sets of them died. For the putting units in structures, kinda yeah, at the same time, one of the swordbot factory types is literally get 5 free units aka you can instantly fill it up, then there's the sacrifice for instant 300 scrap which is 5 bots worth, or just 5 bots for a net +3, then the levelups there's the one that gives +2 swordbots +1 gunbot, and we saw that the higher level of it gives +3 swordbots and +2 gunbots or something, so you do have ways to produce a lot of bots decently fast, so it's kinda more, rng and whether you invest in production/resource collection or hunting down scrapyards. There's also the different classes, one gets units for clearing scrapyards, so you can just go out and destroy some to quickly increase your numbers, and then invest more into actually making them in the factories. There seem to be a decent number of possible strats.
This game reminds me of overlord(2007), an amazing game, I really like the potential. Needs a bit of polishing but I could see this becoming pretty fun.
42:30 My dude… there is very clearly a bridge to the left side. They are the blue squares. You went through the one going right, just go though the one on the left?!?

You're pretty good at your job, Wander - I've bought this plus Deep Space Cache, Cataclismo, and soon Gnomes because of your coverage.
And Wall World and Beecarbonize and Kingdom Two Crowns and probably a few others I'm forgetting that aren't currently installed.
I'd love to see more of this!

This demo is hard. Tried several times but night 5 is brutal.
That's the final challenge for the demo. Didn't want people to finish the demo thinking the game is easy 😜
Holy I have this game on my wishlist I’m so happy to see someone playing it!!!😊
I just added it to mine, this game seems really cool!
Wander findin' the real gems, as usual I love the fluidity of the AI movements, this looks solid.
Strangely enough this game reminds me of atomicrops

Total brainfart, not like I had enough time to go there anyway.
@wanderbots Understandable. We all get lost in the details when actually playing. And yea, couldn’t do much even if you had seen it.
Hahaha, I said the same thing, the bridges should be a little more obvious. The game seems great though.
If I see the words "bullet heaven" and/or "roguelike" on a new and not totally ripoff game Im gonna lose my mind
