-Actually even with Mimes, cops have to have a reason for asking you to step out. Its original purpose was to keep police from standing in oncoming traffic. It’s one of the most abused and misunderstood law on the books and it needs to be overturned because of how it’s abused.
-Unless you’re driving, when a cop legally asks you to ID, you’re not required to provide a drivers license.
-You’re only required to verbally give your name and birth date because that’s all the cops are entitled to.
And you should stop promoting this behavior because you guys like doing this and you know that's very very wrong and disrespectful
The issue isn't he screamed f the police, screaming from your car can be considered disorderly conduct in public. That can be reason to detain someone.

We need to put in an audio speaker under the hood , never have to open the window to speak to police, just a crack so you can hear them but not get there fingers in to break it.
At minimum the cop is guilty of brandishing a weapon. That is a misdemeanor.
A cop guilty of this charge should most definitely not be a cop. We all know the golden gun rule is do not point it unless ypu plan on using it.
