You can make a quick guess, how likely it is that other players than the one you've shown it to know about it. If it's rather unlikely, consider asking Scarlett and take the risk of unwillingly sharing some information with the player you've shown Scarlett to. But - asking Mustard seems legit, as there are already two numbers in his row. I would definitely as for the Rope (especially if nobody knows yet about). It may be a bit slow to ask for two of your own cards, but as there are nine rooms (compared to six persons/weapons) it may be justified by solving the most difficult of the three categories. Other people don't know the room for sure if the know about you possessing Scarlett and Rope, as you possibly could have asked three of your own cards (what can be thrown in from time to time in human games, just for fooling / telling others the need to take this into account.
At the end you already know that mustard is the person, that means someone has to have green.. therefore I’m automatically gonna assume scarlet has green and not library.
