Injap Sia of Mang Inasal - Exclusive Interview

Together with the Board of Directors of AFFI, we had the privilege of doing an EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW with Injap Sia -- the man behind Mang Inasal and Double Dragon.
In this interview, he shared how he conceptualized Mang Inasal and the criteria he used for zeroing in on the "chicken bbq" business idea. He also mentioned his first big break (before Mang Inasal) which gave him the confidence that he has what it takes to do well nationally (even if he was just a simple probinsyano).
He was also very gracious to answer all the questions we have for him.
