A reasoning which was more than justified with that team being 3-11 since his departure. A dual-threat QB that only 6 other NFL teams currently have: Philly, Baltimore, Buffalo, Arizona, Washinton, and KC. A dual-threat is a QB that can win with both his arm and his legs when needed. And what do all those 6 teams have in common? They're in the playoffs every year outside of Arizona who's QB missed the better part of the last 2 seasons on IR. Do you really think owners, GM's and coaches don't pay attention to that? Do you really think the new Jets brass is going waste valuable resources they badly need on a QB, when they can simply start Tyrod and slowly ease their new dual-threat toy in to show what he can do now that he's fully healthy?
