    You are so correct. I put a piece of plain paper up on the wall beside my bed and in large print i wrote GET OUT OF BED even if you do not want to. That was two years ago and it helped motive me so much. Now it is no longer needed. I love the book by Albert Ellis stubbornly refuse to make yourself miserable about anything, yes anything.I have read the book but now i keep it sitting on my book case facing me because the title itself teaches me something that helps to keep going. love you all OCD people. You will come through if you dont give up and will become a stronger person.

    I think the biggest issue people get to is the anxiety plateaus “this is good as it gets” then re start bad habits such as sleeping in because they lose hope and cant be bothered with recovery

      Oh absolutely that's super common, and I have to highlight that almost every week in a few 1-1 calls.
