God spoke to me, he used my friend as a vessel! It was at camp, and I had done something terrible to myself a few weeks prior too. During our worship I had a complete breakdown, then my friend came to me and started praying with me, but it was more than a prayer. She put her hand on my head and started quoting my thoughts, thoughts from the moment, thoughts from the week before. She knew everything that was happening in my life, despite this being our first time meeting. I remember one thing clearly that she said "I know you think Satan has a hold of your soul, and it's so dark. Your soul is so dark, but I am here, and I can save you". I've never cried more in my life than hearing those words. I felt to relieved, so happy that he had heard me. I so often prayed to God telling him to just give up on me, but he didn't. When I asked her after how she knew all that stuff she said she didn't and that Jesus was using her as a vessel.
Another night he came to me in a thunderstorm, when I was conflicted and having an anxiety attack, I remember i took my friends bike and rode to a deserted part of the lake, in a very big lightening and thunder storm. It was pouring and I just yelled "Are you real or not?" and not even a milla second later a huge sound of thunder rolled followed by the sky lighting up with lightening. I know it was him, I could feel it in the sound as it echoed in my ears.
The point is, as we enter Easter weekend. Even when you're at the bottom of the ocean, surrounded by monsters and feeling yourself slip away into suffocation, he comes to you like an air bubble. Filling your lungs up with enough air to pull yourself back to the surface. He did that for me, all I had to do was listen. Now I realize all the little things God does for me, and I'm thankful.
+KLA edits amen !!! GOD works in mysterious and wonderful ways , His ways are so much higher than ours , what ever His plan is for our lives ...we must just trust Him and follow Him. Through Jesus Christ everything is possible , the impossible is made possible and all will bow in awe to our wonderful and uncompareable King, The King of kings. God bless.
Wow... that is an amazing testimony. God is real and I can see from just this little comment that he is working in your life for the greater good. Never give up on him! Our God never fails. ☺
such a great story and it shows who our God is, Satan had a hold on me also and I sank into the pits of depression at a early age from being exposed to things a lot worse which crippled my mind in a way and I would never be able to reclaim that innocence that I had. It seemed as if I was swirling down into the deepest part of the ocean to the part that was filled with darkness. I thought it was impossible to break the chains that had hold of me. It was prophesied over me that I would see bad things and she prayed that my mind would be kept safe from the evil. God later told my heart to beat again (That's a reference to a song), and so it began to beat.
Amazing.... I am glad to see how God works in different ways. 🙏🏼💯

I have to share with all of you with something really unbelievable to me. My mom was playing on guitar and singing this with my dad in polish language, while I cried from happiness with the fact, that someone told me really nice thing and at the same moment that melody started playing itself on youtube! @1eetskillz Thanks for your questions! First off, I wouldn't compare our hours of practice though because a lot comes into consideration, but if you must know it took me a couple of days to practice, arrange, and record this cover. The reason for why it came easy to me was because I knew the song already and because my covers are improvisation on the spot so not a lot of practicing was required. It also depends on one's technical background in piano. Hope this helps :]
