ATO's provide training and issue Training certificate of completion. While examination is completly under AQB scope. PCN certificates are isuued by BINDT directly.

Yes..First try for Mechanical Job...If you can able to work in Gulf Countries it will give you high salaries..For mechanical students it is best..As a NDT Fresher you will have less job opportunities in india..After getting experience you can move to gulf countries for a good salary..ask me any doubt here..Feel free to ask

Bro u have see whether which method u want to do for example - 3.1 for plate it will cost u around 40k same for 3.2 pipe, 3.8 nozzle, and 3.9 TKY joints,this whole will cost u 40k for each and get extra means atleast 2 lakhs
