    I would get that SPS off the clam ASAP. You are asking for trouble down the road when it starts to irritate the mantel and/or maybe impacts how the clam moves itself.

    $1200 frag. Yeah right! Not in this lifetime.

      Highway robbery, but at the end of the day, folks are buying it so we will continue to have these ridiculous prices lol.

    Strong work on the growth of those TSA frags! Excited to see them get into the system, and start really growing out!

      Is there a video showing all of the results from the grow out competition or is it still in the works?

    I’ve never been this early before 😅love the rescape potential and once the montis are cut back the tank is really gonna look its real size. 🫡🤝🏾

    Starting to reach the successful tank stage where the faster growing corals outgrow the slower ones! Probably time to a large cutting back of some to balance out the colors since the anacropora are taking over.

    Tank looks good, but everytime I see someone add harlequin shrimp to a tank, they never survive long. Aren't they also supposed to be added in pairs? You also have a lot of large fish in that tank that may see the shrimp as food. So, why add it?

    Hold one.. what fish wat that at 6:15 on the glass ? That looked to me like the perfect nano fish. Looked like a fresh water otocinclus ??

    Is that an aiptasia at 22:16, in the slimer? That aside, the tank looks stunning. The tort/frag rack is massive!

    I dunno man, amazing corals but the tank just isn’t aesthetic. Previous tanks were always so visually aesthetic. But each to their own, I’m sure it is different in person with your own eyes.

      I think it looks a little less busy, you can actually see some sand bed haha

      I’ve always thought the same thing, he has lovely Corals & Fish but the Tank doesn’t pop like other aquariums. Everything almost looks purple!

      Appreciate the feedbacks! Sometimes I may not see things from the normal perspective since I see the tank everyday and tend to zoom into individual corals and find my Wins & Loses on that level. Will start looking into adding more color to the tank, I think the growth is there, maybe now it’s time to introduce more color / form or something. 👍 (I think moving the big red goni away exposed this issue!)

    really wished you would also frag the monti as a part of this video

    • @InappropriateReefer
      @InappropriateReefer  6 месяцев назад

      It could either be a baby Torch or the dreaded Majano Anemone, time will tell! And man, fragging the Monti was a hot mess, got quite a few frags that I gave / swapped away locally, which was cool.

      Supposedly could develop a white rim around each polyp, I’m seeing hints of it and crossing my fingers! But yes, Purple Hammer otherwise 😆
