This channel has two unique characteristics missing from most golf channels - clarity and simplicity. This can only be achieved when the teacher has a deep knowledge base derived from a copious amount of experience. You sir, are that teacher. Keep the content coming!
I've been working on foot pressure with my golf coach, who is a top coach in my area. This video helped give additional perspective to what we've been working on - keep up the good stuff, I appreciate it!
I absolutely love your teaching methods and your lessons with pros. I have a question about this step drill and transferring it to a regular golf swing. Do I initiate the weight shift/ down swing sequence by feeling my upper body falling towards the target and the hips/ lower body reacting? Or do I shift the weight with my hips driving towards the target followed by rotation, which is what I’ve always thought to be correct?
Hey Cameron, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and repurpose your long videos into highly engaging shorts? I can also make high CTR thumbnails for your channel
What launch number is good for 7 iron at 33 degrees loft. I use GC3 and i launch my 7 iron around 16 -18 degrees with a AOA of 6 down and club speed of 90mph. My coach says this is to steep? My path and face is good and if i try to shallow i get shot that float a little
Thank you for not just the correct method of the step drill, but the synopsis of the transistion(weight) as well. I'm confused a a higher level, fanstatsic.
I've definitely been doing this drill wrong! Cameron would you adapt how you move centre of mass with a driver? Or would you build in a bigger moment arm through set up with tilt of upper body?

Great to hear!

Love this. Remembering it as the "Lean Mass" drill.
Wonderful

Great video, do you recommend hip bump at setup ?
Some amount yes. Hard to say for you since I’m not looking at your swing

This is on the low ish side
Great video. The step video needed to be called out, I've always found it to be useless and when RUclips pros start to teach it i turn them off😂
Glad it was helpful!
How can you maintain a reasonably long moment arm if mass shift before presssure? Thanks
Timing of shift has little to do with length or moment arm. Distance of travel is upper center vs cop does

How often should I do this to ingrain into my swing. I get the weight shift right some times but then it goes away
Hard to say but it’s typically a lot more than most imagine
@@CameronMcCormickGolf every day for 5-10 swings?

Very much bigger moment arm via stance width.
soooo good.
Thanks
