This video really hit me. A month ago I remember watching this video at night when I felt like giving up. I fell asleep crying and had the worse day ever when I woke up and went to school. Right after school while I was waiting for my car to pick me up this random little girl goes up to me. The week before I gave her a page of stickers that I didn’t need anymore that she loved. The little girl says “You are one of the nicest people I ever met!” And gave me a unicorn eraser. I instantly thought of this video and almost cried of joy. For a few days I was feeling sad and felt lonely but thanks to love being everywhere I felt loved more and my own kindness came back to me.

Hey man, I just wanted to take the time to say how much this video means to me. It first came to me during a time when I didnt even know if I was gonna see the next day. I had nobody. Because of my head I thought no one loved me. But your video made me feel something i still can't quite understand. Suddenly I didn't feel alone anymore. I used to watch this video a lot a few years ago, during that time I had dropped out of college and was lost. I was working at a dollar market at the height of COVID only making like 14-15$ a hour, I didn’t have a car or girlfriend. I had a front row seat in watching my moms marriage fall apart with my ex step dad who we have grown to love and look up to and I was constantly escaping the mess from home by staying at a friends place every week and just getting high, but I would watch this video and it would make me feel better, like it reminded me that everything is gonna be ok and I still had my mom, brother and friends and I’ll be something, that I’m not alone . Now 3 years later I’m going back to school and I have a very loving girlfriend which we’ll be celebrating our 1 year anniversary soon. I have my own car under my name and a slightly better job, although I’m still not where I want to be, overall I am in a better place than I was a few years ago and this video has helped me a ton and still makes me choke up, constantly reminding me that I’m not alone and to appreciate the little aspect’s of happiness in life.

So, I went on Omegle last night after long. Tired of the weird people on there, I started watching RUclips and ended up with this video. The message is just so beautiful and suddenly I got an idea. I put up a post it note on the webcam and started playing this video whenever I got connected to anyone. All of them disconnected me hearing Danny’s deep manly voice haha. But then I got connected with this dude just sitting in his room and I played the video. I could see his expressions change as he heard. It was so amusing, I could tell he loved it. We ended up talking for hours about how his girlfriend left him for his best friend and how inspirational he found the video. And there I was talking to a man on the other side of the world at 3 am and he was pouring his heart out. I don’t know much about romantic love, I’ve never experienced it, probably it isn’t for me. But just how it affects us, it was enlightening. Because the love we see in fiction often seems far fetched and unreal.
Hope all of you reading have all beautiful kinds of experiences, love people and feel loved. :)

I wish Blue Dude to do one of these on Depression Showers so bad, like you know that sensation when your so freakin depressed you dont even want to shower, but sometimes you're able to unstick yourself from the bed to do it and its like the best choice you made that day? It gives you something you feel like you accomplished, it gets you out of bed, and there's something about the warm water washing over you that feels.. safe. You have time in the shower to think about things, maybe it'll help clear your head. I feel like there is so much to be said about depression and showers that Blue Dude can accurately describe, moreso than myself.

I used this video as a medicine for everytime I thought I was the loneliest I could ever be, and it worked but soon after I was back to feeling miserable and today I realize that I was just making a fool out of me and lying to myself, so this is not true, at least not for me, I just want to feel loved in a way that nothing else matters but it seems impossible to me, and the worst of it all is that I know I am the problem, because I have love, from friends and family, but with or without them, I still feel lonely, I never felt loved like this, I've been chasing this feeling for so long that I don't know what I'm running after anymore.
