If he has the parts, he could begin to build up a bricklink store and just sell them. The droids I would hope he sells because there is a huge amount of money in them.
You can basically profit by buying when they release battle pack with clones, buy them for 20$ each and sell The figures 5-7$ each then sell extra parts for couple $ and you get lets say 4x6= 24$ + that ship or build on side for maybe 3-4$
