I bought refill premium ink from bch tech & fill 240xl crtidge.first 3 weeks the printing was then 4th week color bcome faded & i refill but still faded i did deep cleaning and head alignment doesnot help any idea

I have used your sponge list kit on my Canon ts3122. I got everything going and now when I replace it back into the printer, the printer still thinks that the black ink is still empty. How do I get it to let me print without it thinking that the black ink is low. I also filled up my color cartridge and it is showing fine
