IRL LAPD and LASD have no jurisdiction on highways, they will pass the pursuit off to CHP. The only SAHP vehicle that spawns is the one motorcycle cop that appears at the fuel station.
its always fascinating to see how complex these routines are for these npcs that most people probably didnt even see because who honestly explores this part of the map

Fun fact: The LS Park Rangers are based off the US National Parks Service and are therefore Federal police officers and can therefore act and conduct activities the same as a regular police officer hence why they act the same as the regular GTA cops.
That's really odd that the female Rangers are marked as civilians and not cops. 🤔 And now that I think of it I don't think I've ever seen a female Police officers driving or walking around in GTA5 either as far as I can remember. Great video as always. 👍👍

Female Park Rangers don’t spawn in when you have a wanted level but will sometimes spawn in patrolling Paleto Forest/Raton Canyon
Other than the heist and the mission, does the Park Rangers show up anywhere else in Online? I've seen some older videos on how to spawn them in free roam, but I feel like that they've been removed because I tried spawning them and they never showed up for me

Park rangers serve in the park and forest and the sheriff serve the countryside and the desert
Park rangers should also be in the desert because it's a national park
Park ranger Lewis looks like a deputy sheriff because of his uniform

Had no idea there were park rangers in this game. They’re built a fully fleshed our world.
Whenever I would play modded GTAV, I would bump into their ranger vehicles with my armored kuruma and they would go flying. Sometimes it’d explode.
