    Thank you for your video's, i also use viking red besides holstein, brown swiss en fleckvieh on my dairy herd. Greetings from The Netherlands

    Beautiful cows guys here in southern Ireland our weather is similar so we have the same breeds as ye plus Norwegian red x and dairy shorthorn cheers guys love the channel 👍

      Thank you so much! Yes I am!! Dylan's my big cuz 🥰 A lot of our family are now in dairy farming - our mothers were brought up on a dairy farm with our grandad a keen farmer 😊 Hope you have a good contracting season this year - I'm sure we're due endless months of sunshine now 🤪😅🙏🏼

    Hi Rog and Angharad another enjoyable and informative vid as always, was surprised to see no Swiss Reds in the herd as they are another popular breed in the UK, but you do whatever works for you system and breeding program, a few years ago the dairy farm that I use to work on had pure breed Holsteins only, he just wasn't interested in cross breeding but that was what worked for his system.

    I love all these breeds but the Jersey is and will always be my favourite they are called the Queen of dairy for a reason I'm especially proud of the fact that the company I work for has the second oldest pedigree Jersey blood line in great Britain
