We didn’t think to ask about it. Honestly I’m guessing that Disney doesn’t want to make a joke of the safety precautions so I’m guessing if you asked they would break character and be serious, which makes sense
I think the hot tub thing in the Droid factory is supposed to be an oil bath. C3PO talks about how nice it is for droids in episode 4.

Ashoka and Dooku sabers are available at the new Trading Post in Downtown Disney now.

Actually they aren't. I went there last week. Asked for dookus blade and they said those are now galaxy edge exclusive. But they did have Maul.

Love Dookus saber. It was actually very unique the lore for it is pretty interesting as well.
Unlike any standard lightsaber, Dooku crafted his with an unusual curved shape, which helped control the weapon when in a duel. Primarily, it allowed Dooku greater finesse and precision in combat when lunging or slashing at an opponent. This was done by Dooku as he considered himself a sophisticated duelist, often able to use his lightsaber under the control of only one hand, and against multiple opponents.
So the curved hilt had a purpose. It made it more difficult for his opponents to judge the blade's arc.

Well I’m going tomorrow. I need that Count Dooku saber. I’m with Kitra, the Dark Side appeals to me. Definitely excited to return to Baatu. While it’s definitely not the same, I’d rather go to Galaxy’s Edge in some form than live w/o Galaxy’s Edge.

We were there on vacation in November 2020 and had the best Disney Vacation we have ever had. We were able to do everything we wanted in Galaxy's Edge. Everything felt very safe. We loved Rise of the Resistance and the lines were not as long as usual. We can't wait to be back later this year.

I think the reason you are able to walk around Doc's so freely is that now you have to sign up for a "tour" to shop there.
And you DO need something...you need a Thrawn to take home! :)
I think I got the tatooine sunset but you can get it with whatever rontos roasters serves. The store was empty because of the covid indoor capacity restrictions that were in place when we visited. I’ve heard they have since started allowing a lot more people inside.
@@OrdinaryAdventures yes they are, unfortunately that means they ran out of legacy sabers when I went Tuesday 😢(going tomorrow as well to build at savis) a lot of stuff has reopened including the water fountains! 🙂
I remember one of the first times I went to Galaxy’s Edge. We heard something loud flying overhead, and when we looked up it was actually a helicopter (the one with two propellers, military I think) haha it was cool
Ha usually they have the sound effects of ships flying overhead and because it’s Dolby atmos it sounds so real

Love the video! You guys do awesome stuff, I started watching so I could plan my Star Wars merch before a trip to Disnleyland last March right before shutdown. Ended up getting one of the pilot key chains, so they have been around for a year, but might have come out right before the closure. Keep making doing what youre doing!!

Loved seeing the updates at Batuu! An idea I had, if I ran the circus, is for a Grogu magic photo where guests could replicate the shot from S1 E1 of The Mandalorian in which Mando discovers the bassinet and sticks his finger inside and Grogu reaches back out. It would be very easy for them to do and, I think, popular.

Ended up going the day after this video was uploaded! Doc Ondar was back and I didn’t have to sign up for a queue to buy a legacy saber. Just for the rise of resistance. Which is 100 percent worth it if you can get in!!! Also love the videos!

I was at the Disney world Black Spire Outpost last thursday. I think my only negative was not being able to get Count Dooku or Ashoka Tano's legacy saber. I came home with Mace Windus. Rise of the Resistance was bar none my favorite ride in all of Disney. we actually had all of the best seats in the house. Right in front of Commander beck and front seat in the escape pod. Also got interrogated by an First Order Admiral. Building an Astro mech was fun as well. My best friend and I drove back with those on. it was hillarious hearing a First Republic Droid and A Resistance droid chat the whole ride home home.
I cant wait to go back! Thank you for sharing these trips. If anyone goes to the Disney World Galaxy's Edge. Go to Dok Ondar's right when it opens if you want Dooku or Ashoka. They sell out quick. Also book Oga Cantina 2 months in advance. We tried to book 1 month and we could not get in even with limited park capacity. They wouldnt even take walk ins. That was my other downer of the trip. Other than that. Black Spire Outpost def lived up to the billing. IGNITE THE FIRE!

What was the kyber crystal stock like when you were there? im going 15 days from now (yes I am counting) and am finally building a savis lightsaber and was just curious
I’m not sure how the stock was but looked like they had most everything
I actually have a Jedi holocron & a Sith holocron and all 16 original crystals Plus a black crystal! They’re pretty fun if you like those kind of things… Great video! And YES= I would like to see more of Doc’s stuff on the walls there!.

Does the lightsaber shop frequently run out of legacy lightsabers? I’m going in July and really want to buy anakins lightsaber (reys) but worried they won’t have it. Should I make a reservation to build a lightsaber just in cse they aren’t in stock?

Did they open back up the Build Your Own Lightsaber at Savi's Workshop? I heard that, when they reopened, they changed it to just a lightsaber shop where you buy the regular old lightsabers.

Some people say 1 in 100, others think it’s as low as 1 in 7. I’m not sure anyone knows for sure

Firstly I love your videos!! Secondly we are visiting Batuu next week but we only have one day at hollywood studio and alot of things to get through. We definitely dont wanna pass on the Galaxy's edge shopping. about how long did it take you to get through all of the shops including looking at the legacy sabers? Just wondering for time management reasons. Thanks for all the great info in this videos and the others!! :)
It’s hard to saw because we’ve been there before and didn’t spend as much time in the stores as someone new who hasn’t seen everything. My advice is to take your time, take it in, enjoy it. Don’t rush.

Don’t know how many times when seen your Instagram post, was amazed at how it looked. An followed by where, showed Gretchen and she didn’t even know. At first I wondered if it was by the Falcon because of the background and hallway. The huzzah and thank the maker for your finding the information on it was. Teared up when you said it was your last day.
Yeah it’s a cool photo many people don’t know about. We filmed most of this video on our first day and some little bits like the photos and the sipper on our last day because they didn’t have the sipper when we went there originally
