Love Dookus saber. It was actually very unique the lore for it is pretty interesting as well. Unlike any standard lightsaber, Dooku crafted his with an unusual curved shape, which helped control the weapon when in a duel. Primarily, it allowed Dooku greater finesse and precision in combat when lunging or slashing at an opponent. This was done by Dooku as he considered himself a sophisticated duelist, often able to use his lightsaber under the control of only one hand, and against multiple opponents. So the curved hilt had a purpose. It made it more difficult for his opponents to judge the blade's arc.
I think a video of everything on the walls of Dok-Ondar's would be SO cool! I always feel so rushed in there when I go and would love to just sit in there for hours lol

I think I got the tatooine sunset but you can get it with whatever rontos roasters serves. The store was empty because of the covid indoor capacity restrictions that were in place when we visited. I’ve heard they have since started allowing a lot more people inside.

We were there on vacation in November 2020 and had the best Disney Vacation we have ever had. We were able to do everything we wanted in Galaxy's Edge. Everything felt very safe. We loved Rise of the Resistance and the lines were not as long as usual. We can't wait to be back later this year.

Loved seeing the updates at Batuu! An idea I had, if I ran the circus, is for a Grogu magic photo where guests could replicate the shot from S1 E1 of The Mandalorian in which Mando discovers the bassinet and sticks his finger inside and Grogu reaches back out. It would be very easy for them to do and, I think, popular.
I was at the Disney world Black Spire Outpost last thursday. I think my only negative was not being able to get Count Dooku or Ashoka Tano's legacy saber. I came home with Mace Windus. Rise of the Resistance was bar none my favorite ride in all of Disney. we actually had all of the best seats in the house. Right in front of Commander beck and front seat in the escape pod. Also got interrogated by an First Order Admiral. Building an Astro mech was fun as well. My best friend and I drove back with those on. it was hillarious hearing a First Republic Droid and A Resistance droid chat the whole ride home home. I cant wait to go back! Thank you for sharing these trips. If anyone goes to the Disney World Galaxy's Edge. Go to Dok Ondar's right when it opens if you want Dooku or Ashoka. They sell out quick. Also book Oga Cantina 2 months in advance. We tried to book 1 month and we could not get in even with limited park capacity. They wouldnt even take walk ins. That was my other downer of the trip. Other than that. Black Spire Outpost def lived up to the billing. IGNITE THE FIRE!

I want them but they aren’t the same scale as the rest of my droids. I might just have to get a second droid shelf for smaller scale droids because there are so many at that size I’m missing out on
One day I hope me and my family will get to experience this awesome adventure, but with the way the world is at the moment and living in New Zealand it’s not possible for now, so watching your videos is as close as I can get. Thank you for sharing your adventures

Hi! Great videos!! I am going to Galaxy's Edge on December 15 this year. I am travelling alone and don't drive :( I would like to know if there's a way to make it using public transportation. I will be staying in West Hollywood. I heard it is like 3 hours on a bus. Is that far?
If you have a car it’s about an hour drive to Disneyland from West Hollywood. Buses and public transportation will obviously take longer. You could Uber but that would cost you $70ish each way.
Love the video! You guys do awesome stuff, I started watching so I could plan my Star Wars merch before a trip to Disnleyland last March right before shutdown. Ended up getting one of the pilot key chains, so they have been around for a year, but might have come out right before the closure. Keep making doing what youre doing!!

It’s hard to saw because we’ve been there before and didn’t spend as much time in the stores as someone new who hasn’t seen everything. My advice is to take your time, take it in, enjoy it. Don’t rush.
I live in Florida and from Late very late November to Very early March it’s cold. But just barely. If you get lucky, if you go in march you might be able to get the cold. If I were you guys I would go during january or december for higher chance of a cold front. Good Luck 👍🏻
Ok serious question: do they restock the lightsabers semi-frequently? I'm supposed to go down to Disney in May and the only thing I want is Ahsoka's clone wars sabers. My heart sank when you guys said they were out of stock and I'm gonna be panicking crossing my fingers I have a chance at grabbing them.
Me and my family are going this fall, I really enjoyed this video but I have one question: do they still have fun with you if you get into the immersion like acting or dressing up?
I just thought of something Disney could do as a cash grab but it would cost a lot for them to pull off. A hidden shop in galaxy's edge that specializes in parts for your custom lightsaber. Four sections each with corresponding parts for your saber. Made of the same material of course which is metal hence why it would be very expensive. But they would need to charge a good bit to keep up with supply and demand. Anyways. Shop is divided into four sections. Each marked by the same symbol that's on your pin. You present the pin you received at your building and the guide takes you to your section to shop. It works just like Olivanders basically. Lots of cool designs for the saber. HOWEVER!!! you can only buy parts that are associated with the pin you received. Which will then encourage people to do the workshop again. And these parts are incredible. I'm talking claw shaped emitters. Sleeves with jedi or sith Lord inscriptions on them. For an extra fee you can get these sleeves personalized with any kind of saying you want in the star wars language like an engraving! Imagine you have a light saber with the entire jedi or sith creed engraved on your saber in ancient texts corresponding to their factions!! HOW AWESOME WOULD THAT BE?!

Those lines at the market got long. Luckily they had a couple Star Wars Depot style stores at Disney Springs cause I definitely got into the immersion and forgot to purchase some items at the spire.

Love the video! You guys do awesome stuff, I started watching so I could plan my Star Wars merch before a trip to Disnleyland last March right before shutdown. Ended up getting one of the pilot key chains, so they have been around for a year, but might have come out right before the closure. Keep making doing what youre doing!!

Firstly I love your videos!! Secondly we are visiting Batuu next week but we only have one day at hollywood studio and alot of things to get through. We definitely dont wanna pass on the Galaxy's edge shopping. about how long did it take you to get through all of the shops including looking at the legacy sabers? Just wondering for time management reasons. Thanks for all the great info in this videos and the others!! :)
It’s hard to saw because we’ve been there before and didn’t spend as much time in the stores as someone new who hasn’t seen everything. My advice is to take your time, take it in, enjoy it. Don’t rush.

I live in Florida and from Late very late November to Very early March it’s cold. But just barely. If you get lucky, if you go in march you might be able to get the cold. If I were you guys I would go during january or december for higher chance of a cold front. Good Luck 👍🏻

Ok serious question: do they restock the lightsabers semi-frequently? I'm supposed to go down to Disney in May and the only thing I want is Ahsoka's clone wars sabers. My heart sank when you guys said they were out of stock and I'm gonna be panicking crossing my fingers I have a chance at grabbing them.

I just thought of something Disney could do as a cash grab but it would cost a lot for them to pull off.
A hidden shop in galaxy's edge that specializes in parts for your custom lightsaber.
Four sections each with corresponding parts for your saber. Made of the same material of course which is metal hence why it would be very expensive. But they would need to charge a good bit to keep up with supply and demand.
Anyways. Shop is divided into four sections. Each marked by the same symbol that's on your pin. You present the pin you received at your building and the guide takes you to your section to shop. It works just like Olivanders basically. Lots of cool designs for the saber. HOWEVER!!! you can only buy parts that are associated with the pin you received. Which will then encourage people to do the workshop again.
And these parts are incredible. I'm talking claw shaped emitters. Sleeves with jedi or sith Lord inscriptions on them. For an extra fee you can get these sleeves personalized with any kind of saying you want in the star wars language like an engraving!
Imagine you have a light saber with the entire jedi or sith creed engraved on your saber in ancient texts corresponding to their factions!! HOW AWESOME WOULD THAT BE?!

Those lines at the market got long. Luckily they had a couple Star Wars Depot style stores at Disney Springs cause I definitely got into the immersion and forgot to purchase some items at the spire.
Yeah those stores are a lifesaver. I don’t think enough people know about them though
