“Don’t ask me why I’m wearing my hat like the Fresh Prince of Bel Air” 😂
Lmao😂
🤣👏
😂😂
😂😂😂😂
😂 😂 😂
He goes from robbing banks by horse to car. Wow. Talk about keeping up with times
i always feel like im watching the story in real time, Great great story teller.
Oh dang! I know this story. I'm from Bentonville. They used to reenact that bank robbery during a festival. The bullet holes from the robbery are still in the side of the building across the street (to the left of the picture you put up). The bank building is also still there, but I don't know what business might be in the building now.
Ok Lamont, you got me with that "1st trans robber"!!! Tooo doggone funny!! First robber to transition from horseback robbing to automobile robbing!! 🤣🤣🤣
That's a great one!! 🤣😂😂💯
Don't worry about the babbling cause the more you babble, the more facts I learn about these cases Great story from a time in the wild wild west. Thank you again Lamont.
That was a very nice colored picture of Ted Wilson. I'm very impressed.
Great story teller, Lamont! Enjoyed it.
Very cool ! I love old western stories
Wow what bunch of twists and turns. He kept getting reprieves and kept getting into more mischief. Great job on the reporting of this guy's life Lamont!
What a pleasant surprise! My family is buried there just behind the chapel gazebo. Great Job covering Henry Starr... and welcome to Oklahoma..
Sirry for you and your family's losses!,🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
@@latasha195 thank you
@@brieb2153 you're welcome
Hello from Oklahoma. This is interesting history. Thank you
Oh im also Cherokee!
Double interesting.
Lamont I needed a good laugh today! Be safe in your travels and thank you for taking us on your travels.
I love all this time in Oklahoma. Wish you’d go to Ponca City and check out E.W. Marland. Oil magnate married his niece.
I love how you tell your stories!
Lamont they just opened the Eufaula dam road back up. Across the dam heading towards Porum they’ve moved in a log cabin. Behind the cabin is the trail to walk to Belle Starrs grave
Open to the public
Cool. Rip Mr. Starr 🤙🏽
The armadillo was quite random 😂
One last bit, money was worth more back then. $60K in 1921 would be worth $1,008,204.00 today, so in relative value he made quite a bit if he really did get $60K in stolen valuables.
Awesome adventures for Henry and the outlaws
Your not babbling. I love your stories at the cemeteries. Especially the ones of Oklahoma. Born and raised here and I've learned a lot of history from you. Please continue to do the stories. I guess I'm strange but I love to go to cemeteries and look around at the headstones. Everyone's life matters. Dead or alive. Thanks Lamont. God bless you and stay safe🤗🙏❤️
Do get asked that often?
Now it's turning warmer weather hopefully we hear more video's from you
Good commentary and content, Lamont
Always interesting to listen too, much appreciated 😊
Excellent vid as usual. Oklahoma looks like it's in severe drought, because that's some dry crabgrass.
Wow.....😮 you never fail to entertain, Lamont 😊
Hi Lamont ☺️ always look forward to seeing your videos , as always cool to see your doing well 👍🏻👍🏻

@@brownchicken1314 who's trolling?
A long time ago when I was a kid my dad took me to that grave. We had to ask an old man for permission to see it.🤎
Another great one looks so warm always stay safe lemont
Another great video. I learn so much from you. Thank you
Bear in mind, 200 bucks in 1900 is valued at 7500 in today's dollars value...A dollar back in 1900 is worth 35 times more than today....That is what the math tables state
Keep up! the great stories. VERY! informative.
Nice Paul Harvey's The Rest of the Story style ending!
Great story. Thanks for sharing.
I watch all your videos to completion. Never boring!! Always learn something.🐈
This is good Lamont infact I like the part about the armadillo that was a good one I couldn't help myself but it was funny keep it up I liked your sense of humor 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Is this where the term, "Lamont, you big dummy" he used in Sanford and Son originated?

Fort Gibson is very, very close to the Arkansas River. Back then, it was pretty narrow and could have been considered a stream. It has now been dredged and they have the "Port of Muskogee."
Interesting story he should have stayed in Hollywood Im curious as to what his kid did in the future thanks Lamont

I like when you do this you tell the story along with you do a good job at.
.50 cents equal $2000.00 in today's money. That's no small fine.
Interesting history thank you for sharing
Being from Fort Smith AR, Belle was seen here many times in that time period. A man told the news paper here many years ago that his grandma stated that she shot Belle in the back one day as she was coming down the road. She despised her very much and this man said it was his grandma that did it. I can't remember the man's name but, that is what he said. I think she was hiding in the trees as she passed and then shot her just to be rid of her. The man in that photo you have seated with Belle was called "Blue Duck" he was Cherokee. Men liked getting with Belle because they knew if they got into legal troubles they could get good defense attorney in Judge Parker's court. Henry was probably doomed to get a"bad" reputation just by being related to Belle. "Blue Duck" got drunk and came across a poor farmer doing some plowing one evening and took out his pistols and filled him with bullets for no reason. That is why you see handcuffs on him in that photo. Hopes this helps.
I’d love to learn that man’s name and hear more about his grandma.
Great story! 60k dollars in 1910 would equate to roughly 1.9mil in today's money. So he did ok
I'm from Stroud and there is a video about what happened that day when he robbed stroud on RUclips if anyone is interested on hearing that as well!
Great job on telling the story of Henry Starr....loved watching your video and hearing the story! 😊
