I honestly feel sorry for the man they murdered. He was the true victim.
And the very first guy that got punched and died.
That was so never had no idea Chuck Berry was a weirdo
Oh no 😂
Man you are a good storyteller, its like a movie in my head when you tell a story
Yes
Exactly ❤
2022 Texas still don't play, we're so glad you found your Niche Lamont at Large, because no one can tell a story the way you can, in your theatrics tone as if we just folks sitting on the porch shooting the breeze and listening to good old folks tail, about peoples who live before our time, it's great and I check for you daily. Take care stay safe good luck as always
The poor guy
Then how come crime rate in texas is so high right now lmfao not to mention school shooting
They asked her if she had any last words and she replied, “No”. They flipped the switch and Toni Jo Henry died at 12:12 p.m. at age 26. Her last request was that they let keep the crucifix in her left hand at burial.
It's so sad that the guy they killed really didn't have to be shot, they could have just left him alone and just get in trouble for stealing his car. They could have just walked away from him, I feel bad for him because he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. As for Toni Jo , well she had a really bad beginning and a horrible ending. May God forgive her for this mess she got herself into, killing a person is just going to far! Another great story Lamont and thank you for this sad one. Stay safe out there and I'm always waiting for the next story from you. My name is Isabell and I live in Tucson Arizona, I'm a 60 yr old Hispanic lady who has found your channel and since I can't stop watching your videos. God bless you Lamont
H e.N E E E d.to.D.I E.
Yes.they.H A D.to.shoot.H I'm.
I grew up in Tucson! I live in Alabama now though.
No sympathy for her. Not one bit. I don't give a DAMN what their "issues" are, she still knew right from wrong.
@@elizabethcompton738 True, She needed putting down.
She was a cold blooded killer, and thousands upon thousands of people have a rough life but don't kill, they work hard to make a better life for themselves.
How do you know she was a cold blooded murderer? Like Lamont said, we don't know who pulled the trigger, we don't know their reasoning or if in fact they were in their right mind with the drugs etc
So it's ok to kill someone as long as you are high on drugs when you do it?
@@clmaynor Who said it was right either?
I'm guessing it was her since the guy left her right after that.
They smell burning hair ?? It is not Mrs. Henry`s. Her hair was shaved-off before she went to the chair. Lamont did not mention that this wicked woman said that she would never even think about the helpless man that they shot in cold blood.
Lamont I love how you break everything down their is nobody like you don't ever stop doing this it is definitely your calling!
Just wanted to say my thoughts and prayers are with Texas and Buffalo in this horrible tragedy . May they all Rest In Peace
I live in Buffalo, NY and I thank you for mentioning us. It is appreciated 🙏🏾
❤❤❤🕊🕊🕊 so sad what this world is coming to...
Too bad no one prayed for the NY Sunway and Sacramento mass shootings
I'll take action and advocacy for change over thoughts and prayers
Amen! I have family that live in Buffalo.. 💔🙏🏾💔🙏🏾
I find myself just getting lost in your voice!! I LOVE when you tell stories like this one!! Thank you again Lamont!!
May the victims rest in peace.Good commentary.
Nothing cures the blues like a morbid curiosity, Right lamont?
Wow Lamont you're really getting good at this. Thanks for sharing
Lamont, you are a great story teller! ❤ Thank you, although it is sad all the way around.
Amazing story. Thank you for sharing
History is my favorite subject. Ever since I found you Lamont on RUclips I’ve learned a lot more on history and on people I didn’t know existed. This has made me do further research on some of the people you’ve done blogs on. Today im going to watch the movie “The Pardon” based on Toni Jo Henry.
Lamont I’m always looking forward to your next video. Stay safe and Thank you!
She was only 26 years young. What a shame.
Lamont you are the best in this business my brother
“This harlot has to go.” - Lamont, 2022
Great job you did on this Lamont! This is where my aunt, Pauline Hicks Kennedy, whom I’m named after, is buried. Also her husband Uncle C. L. and their son Charlie. This cemetery does need better upkeep.
Thank you for this very interesting video have a wonderful blessed day🙏❤
Good afternoon watching from Guyana beautiful work my friend always doing a magnificent job very old cemetery very sad story bless
I'm so not laughing at what happened, but just the way you told the story had me giggling.
Great storytelling, and you narrated so well. I have been to Lake Charles , Louisiana before, but I was unaware of this story. Thanks for sharing.
Well Lamont, I have to say, this was a very well narrated story from you. I never heard of this story before, but it was an excellent video. This woman really lived a tragic sad life. May the Lord forgive her! Hope she is resting in peace!
This was an excellent story and you told it so well you are the host with the most! I could not help but laugh and smile because you told the story so well!
Love these super old cemeteries my Uncle 🙏🏿
I'm from Orange, TX & had family in Lake Charles, LA. My grandparents are buried in Orange Grove. A few years ago I was able to find my grandmother's unmarked grave & have it marked. I've yet to find my grandfather's grave, but I know he was buried there in 1918. Someday? Anyway, I remember my mom telling me about this murder & execution. The story I heard is that the man she (they) killed was brutally tortured before they killed him. Something like taking a pair of pliers to his private parts. If so, I think that was one of or the reason she never escaped the chair. Thanks for the story.
It used to be a good town but it turning into MURDER TOWN.everyday its a shooting . someone gets killed .drive by s. Break in. Cutting catellic converters off of cars to sell for a buck or two. Its awful .I'm from Louisiana .I have family there also. So be careful going there . Stay safe Lamont ❤
Lafayette is getting bad also.
Check into the razor wire covers people make for there caddiilac converters . Supposedly they work by not allowing thieves to grab them without special barb wire gloves .
@@blazefairchild465 thank you will try. My husband is a police officer but they don't care. Anything for a buck.
An absolutely fascinating piece of American history, and a description of society at the time. Thanks - I really enjoyed this.
R.I.P in peace to all those victims, who were murdered. May the families have closure. May Toni Jo Henry R.I.P in peace.
Lamont, your story telling is amazing. I have watched sooo many of your videos on all of your channels and get so much enjoyment out of all of them. Thank you for all your hard work and all the traveling you do for these stories. Keep up the great work nigga
Great story Lamont with great Narration As well thank you!
Good afternoon mate! Regards, London UK.
Almost every item today has a hole in it, always busted up and is considered trendy. That hat is probably worth around $700 😅
Keillie Armstrong buried at maple hill cemetery in Kansas City Missouri
Awesome commentary as usual great story fantastic video love it!!Thanks for posting
Great story telling as usual Lamont keep ‘em coming
They made a movie of her called “The Pardon” you can look up images of her online, and you’ll see one of her standing on the steps in front of that courthouse, there is a man standing behind her, forcing her to look at the camera.
Thanks Lamont. Interesting vlog.~~~~~Sherry
You did a great job with this one, Lamont!
You are SO REAL ! I truly enjoy your vlogs. You have a good heart too. ❤️ Blessings today and always. Ruth and Jimmy.
Thanks lamont for another interesting story much love from England 🇬🇧❤ 🇬🇧 ❤
Talk about a......."Fascinating Graveyard!!" Great story Lamont.
I was not going to watch this because I was looking for Lamont at large and then I heard your unmistakable voice!
What a story. Very sad and hard life she had by the sounds of it. The heart ruled the heart once again and sadly she paid the price taking drugs and murder. . Such a horrible way to die. Thanks for sharing love from West Yorkshire UK 🇬🇧 ❤️
Such a very sad, sad story 😥...my heart goes out to this poor, poor soul and to the gentleman who lost his life throughout this whole ordeal 😥😥
Fascinating story...thank you Lamont!
Enjoyed this episode being from south Louisiana, ❤️ Thank you for sharing!
Louisiana doesn't have counties. They call them parishes.
She became even hotter in the electric chair lol.
ikr...Talk about "Honey roasted"😂
Rest in peace to Toni Jo Henry....She had a lot of bad breaks in her life through no fault of her own, but kill she did and had to pay for it with her life. Thanks for the video and story Lamont....Very, very well done ! 🙂
No she didn't, God commanded that thou shall NOT kill period, not even the government was given an exception.
@@Angel-tw3ko thou shalt do no pre meditated murder as by a public bandit.
Quit making excuses because she’s a woman.God won’t believe me.
Lamont in heat lol
@@Angel-tw3ko God set up judges in the OT and there are situations dealing with intentional murder and killing someone unintentionally..

Another great story Lamont,
Noone tells them like you!!.
From a UK Fan 🇬🇧................
You are awesome Lamont. Keep up the good work. We love you
I Love History!! And the fact that you give history lesson and the background of buried individuals makes this my favorite channel. Best videos made here ♥️
Very good job on the story. I had heard it before. But it was about a third of the way through before I realized it. You covered it very well , better than the other version I heard. That Cemetery could sure use some Landscaping. I'm surprised you could just walk right into that courthouse in this day and age . Such a sad and tragic life for that girl. Nowadays she would most likely not get the death penalty.
As always, Lamont, thank you for all you do and stay safe ❤ 🙏
Thank you Lamont for another riveting story about people who are now gone.
Most of the states that that utilized the electric chair for their executions nicknamed it “Old Sparky”. But in Louisiana, they called it “Gruesome Gertie,” which they stopped using in 1991.
Very fascinating. Thanks for sharing this story with us.
Father,God. BLESS THE SOUL, OF THE MAN THEY KILLED!!!🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾😔❤
“The back of your behind….. I mean my hand.”🖐🏽 🤣🤣🤣
I just heard this video at bedtime, I,m scared, especially when they say a woman screaming. Love how you tell the stories Lamont.
Her upbringing was tough but boy did she make some stupid choices;her work choice, her associating with a thug, her plan to break him out,her murdering an innocent man. She may merit a tiny bit of sympathy but the poor victim deserves it most.
Oh wow. I live in Baton Rouge. 3 hr and 35 mins from there
Always Fascinating. You're great at telling the story. Thank you for sharing.
Lamont I absolutely love the way you tell the story on some of these crimes. Your a funny man
Just saying my heart go to all the familys that lost a child in taxes
Awesome you came to my city I live less than five minutes away from that cemetery Orange Grove & Graceland my grandparents are buried there and my aunt I would’ve loved to have met you love your channels
I’m in Texas , close to Uvalde and we’re all dealing with the death of 19 children who were gunned down by a 18 year old kid while at school 😢😢

I'm so sorry for your community. My thoughts and prayers to the families of the lost kids and teachers. I can't even imagine their pain. 💔😭✝🕊🙏🏻

Harold "Arkie" Burks got the nickname Arkie which is short for Arkansas. Perhaps it was where he was from. Great job as always 👍

Lamont is one of the best story tellers/ narrators! And gotta love the hats. Interesting case.
A tragic story but I did laugh out loud when you said about it unfortunately for her being an electric chair that she sat on and not a recliner.
Loving what you do, you do it best, thankyou.
You Are Hilarious 😂 My husband started watching your uploads and loves them!
Thanks Lamont at Large for your narrowing sound effects and your storytelling.
You had Me laughing 🤣 at "old hats".

The thought of shoplifting clothes never entered her mind? Drugs. Its a terrible thing.
Love your channel and I enjoy your content you put out. I have a very interesting story here in Gainesville Georgia. I’m sure you have heard of Lake Lanier, how it was created and the tragedy of the people of Oscarville. But there’s another story that you would be interested in hearing. Get back to me and I’ll share it with you and see if you want to come to Gainesville Georgia to do a vlog.
