Tony´s voice has been aging really nicely!! I know the song has been detuned quite a bit, but it is still quite demanding to sing like this for a man pushing 50. o/

I recently listened to an interview and he talked about his singing voice. He said he was pretty concerned about his voice in 2017-2020 and he got some help with health stuff and vocal training which helped his voice a lot. I think you can really hear it in his voice. He sang well in 2017-2020 but goddamn he is so much better now than a few years back

I still remember when I bought my first Sonata Arctica album more than 20 years ago, my friends were saying to me this is not "heavy" enough.... Anyway , who is still singing now? Tony's voice will always be in my mind, and I am very happy to still listen it today! If this band goes near your place, move your ass guys, you will never regret it!!!

Seen them a few months ago in Holland, in combination with Stratovarius. What an energy, what a band, and a superb sound quality. They blew Stratovarius completely off the stage. One of the best gigs i ever seen. Superband, can't wait for their new tour next year.

Its you Stans who have the issues not the people who you are projecting your issues on.
You're not actually fans if you haven't listen to Jani's solo album and who's on it.
I doubt the majority of you actually are fans of either Sonata Arctica nor Jani. If you did, you'd accept something that happened near 20 years and be supportive of 2 men who are grown men, still friends, still hang out and support each other. Jani and Elias are actually friends.
Obviously none of you writing your projecting toxic comments have seen Jani's Instagram ever.

I can't believe how bad it is live. Such a good track and they have great tracks on albums, but f*cking sucks so bad live. And that's just insane. The vocals is all over the place and the music is not coherent with the album. And it's not creative either, it just sounds like bad practicing and lack of enthusiasm.

Que pesaos con Jani. A ver, Sonata siempre han tenido un directo penoso. Es un grupo de estudio. Los he visto presentando ecliptica y silence y los vi hara 4 años con su estilo mas moderno. Fui muy fan de joven pero nunca tuvieron un directo super tecnico. Ya hace tiempo que no los sigo porque no me gusta su evolucion (pero la respeto y entiendo), pero no creo que Jani tenga nada que ver. Son etapas y ya.
