Bro don't trust technician they try to loot your money always follow the manual given by your scooty company and no spark plug is not required to change every now and then there is a specific time frame for it to change for honda it is after 4-8 k kms or so there may be other problem also and for air filter change it every 6000 km and you can see manually if it is dirty or not of dirty then change it

If you have useless made in india batteries use kick otherwise use self 2014 activa 2nd user .May Takes few tries but works.

You have to open kick pedal and oil it for this you have to see a mechanic
