- With just 18 Days till the launch of our Dream Custom Catamaran that we have spent the last 7 years building, the list is endless and the pace of getting tasks done, immediately jumps up a notch, if that were even possible. Boat building is about doing as much as you can in as little time as possible when a deadline is this close.

I am about to watch the video. I want to take this moment to congratulate Ross & Janet, plus all their family and friends.
This is a monumental project. But the dedication and organization has been superb. Living and breathing as if living in a construction zone is taxing and can be disastrous to relationships. Yet Ross & Janet have handled it with aplomb.
Fantastic effort and has been a joy to watch as you solve problems and press on.
Crazy that this journey is about over and another begins. Can’t wait to see her under sail at 18 knots.
hi very well dun .grate work.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😄
Getting close. I’m excited!!
IT'S ALWAYS the journey, not the destination. ive followed from when you bought the mould.Ive had a few different accounts😂.RUclips used delete accounts back in the day if you went against the narative, now just 24hours in the can.
Congratulations to you and everyone who has helped over the yesrs🎉
Its going to be a bittersweet moment when the build ends. I'm not sure what I'll do on a Thursday evening. I'm truly happy for you to get to enjoy what you've worked so hard for!
Great job, l have been watching since your channel was called life on the molds and you were just putting the mold together. You two have come along way and it makes me feel a lot older. Now just get it in the water.🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
You are surrounded by a fantastic family and friends. You my friend are very very blessed. I hope you name her after Janet, she put a lot of sweat equity in the boat.😊😊😊😊
great job. great people
Hey Rosco, talking about Pump efficiency - one of the reasons you don’t fit anti syphon at the top of your bilge pump loop as that point becomes the head height whereas your outlet is the effective head once the lines are purged. As long as the pump can initially fill the lines you’re flow will be all good.
Superb
Hopefully, we get to see the launch video soon.
It's hard to get panicked, knowing it's floating!! That extra water storage, it would make a great dry food storage, bags of rice and cereals, cans of beer or fill it with wine and put a tap on it!🤣🤣🤣🤣
I remember watching the water tank being installed. Fantastic to see the boat so close to launch.
The dreaded lightening even if it hits the water near you it can do damage, keep pushing guys.🤙🤙
I think every one with a boat is paranoid, for good reason.
All coming together now well done. I reckon you'll have to serenade us with your guitar from the helm to celebrate launch ! Wishing ye many years of champagne sailing.
Ross ive been watching you since svseeker podcast. Your work is outstanding im hoping your enjoying getting hwr done on the water.
Thanks mate, appreciate you taking the time to follow. All the best.Rossco
I was moving a big dollar 78' sportfish from Florida to Dominican republic. I arrived at the boat and helped the electronics tech repair 8k worth of lightening damaged nav equipment. Left 2 days later only to find out a couple other systems had been lightening damaged between the time of the repair and our departure.
Very frustrating.
Lookin good Ross. Did you consider storm covers on the ports during rough conditions?
Are you putting a moon raker on each hull or only one. And ideas on one or 2 for cats cheers greg
When working with sikaflex it’s best too put a dab on yourself before you start.
I totally agree, saves the frustration when you get it on you later.
Have you ordered your mast yet? 18 days is a short time to manufacture a mast.
❤ Roscoe can't believe your about to launch unbelievable. When do you do the antifoweling? ❤hi Janet
@gillyb333 you are yesterday 🫤
