As you sat in the Case dozer, Kenny Rogers' lyrics to his song "The Gambler" came to mind. It looked like you were having a discussion in your mind about "Know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em, know when to walk away, know when to run " You had me so nervous watching the Case easing toward the water that, when I stood up to walk around, I was dragging my recliner behind me. Great team work !!
The best thing you can do is share videos with your contractor peoples advertise for dirt perfect! That will help them out more than anything else in the world
Some videos get a little slow but things are never slow are quiet when Arron is around. It takes both of you to make the videos enjoyable. Good luck Arron, at the price you will need it.
Aaron`s demonstration of haul truck use is almost dirt perfect, but the Hyundai greatly improves the video quality & the audio from the cab is way cleaner too! The best advertising available !
I once got too close to the edge of our base course pile, pushing loads up from the gravel company. Our stockpile yard wasn't that large, so I used our cable D-6 to push the material up into quite a large pile. I wanted the top to be nice and flat and got too close to the edge. The D-6 slid down the slide, and I think I sucked the whole seat into into my backside. Had to sit for a good 10 minutes and then crawled the D-6 very cautiously off the pile. The base course material was as high as the downhill side track. Made me wonder if it was going to knock the track off, but I got lucky. To cover up my little mistake, I walked the D-6 up the side of the pile to visually erase my mistake. The boss never did find out. I was in the Air Force and it was 1985. I felt your pain, lol.
just about rolled clapped out POS Bobcat T550 pushing back mountains of wood chips from tree removal company. forgot where solid ground ended, ended on drop off of wood chips, logs. edge gave way, T550 on 35 degree angle, ass end sinking fast. chained it to huge trees in attempt to keep it out of creek. ancient case front end loader, 3 Ram 3500s managed to recover T550. never again going back on wood chip dump site not even on foot

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, ideas and videos. Great video, really liked how you clarified, Arron never really got promoted off the compactor, he just upgraded to a bigger one that requires an external load added. I’m guessing that if you had walked the excavator out to the bridge and got the pull straps out nothing would of happened. Wishing you and your family the best.
Thanks for the update, at least the 850M didn’t get a bath, and it gave Aaron something to talk about in the future, as if he needed it!!!!!😊. Land bridge/ dam is looking nice. There is a lot more to project than I would have guessed, but, it will be sweet when done, enjoyed watching gentlemen.
