  • A warm bowl of soup with lots of Mushrooms is what you need this Monsoon. Mushroom Broth Soup good for diabetic patients & who are particular about their diet. A soup which you must definitely try for, check out the recipe below.
    Mushroom Soup
    Ingredient Quantity
    Butter 2 tbsp
    Garlic Chopped 1 tbsp
    Ginger Julienne 1 inch
    Onion Slice 1 no. (Small)
    Mushroom Slice 10-12 no.
    Spring Onion Chopped 2 stalks
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
    Vinegar 1½ tsp
    Water 3-4 Cup
    Sesame Oil 1 tsp
    Method:
    1. Heat Butter in a pan, add chopped garlic, ginger julienne, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
    2. Add sliced onion and sauté for 2 min.
    3. Add mushroom slice, mix well.
    4. Add Chopped spring onion, salt, Black pepper crush, vinegar, and water, mix well and cook for 5-6 min.
    5. Switch off the flame, remove soup in soup bowl.
    6. Pour ½tsp of sesame oil in each soup bowl and serve hot.
